Poor customer service... Data issue. Put petrol in my car then went to pay at the till, the cashier scan a loyalty card. I notice this then ask him why he did that without asking me if I need a loyalty card. I explained that I didn't give him my consent and he had no right to attach that loyalty card to my transaction. Is reply 'I give you a free loyalty card'. This is disgusting having them using a loyalty card to collect points based on your purchase without your consent. He then started to give me attitude as if I had no choice in the matter. This is really a degrading representation of M&S simple food.

This rip off garage selling basic engine oil for £19.25 double the price via Amazon .Definitely the last time will visit .Wish could leave no stars ! .Probably the worst BP garage in U.K. .

I visit alot of garages as I travel up and down the country.Waterfall Road has a lovely lady called Louise who man's the tills, she always greets with a morning always smiling has time for her customers, her customer service is excellent.The other staff are also very friendly.Keep up the excellent work.

I move near the shop 1 year and a half ago and the last 6 months have been horrible for me. The shop start they delivery very early in the morning, waking up all my family with thag horrible and disturbing noise. I can understand it during the week but they alsp do it on weekends. Today is Sunday, and they started the delivery at 6:30am. I have tried to talk with one of their managers, but he was very rude, saying to me that he will not do anything and if I want I can complain about it.I have decided to move home, but something is for sure, me, my family and all my friends will NEVER buy to the shop again.So sad that these guys do not care about society anymore!!!

Really helpful, such tasty meal deals! Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the staff gave me advice on what my first ever vegan M&S meal deal will be, she was so nice and eager to help me. Everytime I go to the petrol station near me they are very rude but the staff at this Bp are so friendly and helpful! Will visit again!
