Friendly staff and atmosphere. Buyana (not sure I spelt it right) was very friendly and attentive. She greeted me with a smile (which was there throughout my transaction period till I left). She was cleaning and immediately stopped her work to come serve me and make sure I was alright. She made me a beautiful latte with the ever so specific measurement of chocolate that I asked for. This is definitely my new go-to-every-morning coffee place. I was having a bad day and the little thing that Buyana did made my day. Thank you to her :)

Worst customer service. Lady there made rude comments after i had asked a question.
They seemed to have technical problems with internet that caused issues with sales and ordering. As such the staff seemed to be having heated arguments with each other in the main shop... didn't make for a relaxing coffee!
