After shopping around, my wife and I had the Black Forest Hot Chocolate. It was the most needed drink ever. The Barrista was very friendly and helpful. The costa itself was very spacious and had plenty of seating at the time we visited, around 4pm-ish.Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair accessible entrance.

After spending £4.85 on a take away mocha, I was on my second sip and a maggot fell from the bottom of my cup onto my t-shirt. I almost vomited. I threw the coffee away. This place should be visited by the health inspectors they should be closed down.

Perfect place to get food on the go, especially after lots of shopping because it's inside a retail park which is a BIG W. The food was utterly delicious ?, and I've left so satisfied! I'll definitely come again next time when I'm shopping in this retail park

Female Staff member is so rude , never smiles or greet the customers and if you ask a question she just ignores you. Tall long dark hair and very rude I would describe her the best.

I used to come to this lovely Costa coffee as the staff was so so kind and professional also the inside area was perfectly tidy however in the last couple of months might change something as the cleanliness is a thing of the past. The toilet is really very filthy even early morning shortly after they open the shop. Also the sitting area is not the same too, not clean unfortunately .The staff members are still great but do a deep cleaning asap as this can increase the attendance and the % on the next Costa check….

Coffee as normal, should be better to clean the outside tables quicker. They've changed their pet friendly policy and only guide dogs are allowed inside, unfortunately!

Furniture looks disgusting, especially damaged sofas. But what really is beyond disgusting is the fact, that staff is using dirty used coffee cups to make coffee and then they poor it from that same dirty cup into cappuccino or late!!?? Staff is not to blame as someone trained them to do it. What what I don't understand is, why H&S officials dont shut them down?
