The ground floor smells toilet instead of coffee and pastry. They have to clean the toilet regularly and check the ventulation. Last time I couldn't find a clean table to site. And smells of the toilet was terrible.I am always asking to barista to get a small napkin. Why I have to wait to get a napkin?

The usually good coffee was not good last time I visited. Luke warm and not much taste.

I would like to share my recent experience at this café. I believe constructive feedback is essential for any business to thrive, so here are some observations from my visit:1. We arrived at the shop around 5 PM on October 20th. It wasn't clear that the upstairs area was closed as there were no signs. When I ventured upstairs, I was met with a somewhat aggressive remark that it was closed by a female employee in her mid-20s with black hair and eyes.2. While there were several customers enjoying their time downstairs, this same employee started throwing trash bags from upstairs, creating a disruptive and unpleasant experience for everyone, including those beneath the stairs.3. When collecting our 'Too Good to Go' bag from the till, the staff member (the same woman I mentioned earlier) was noticeably rude, asking my husband to sit down in a confrontational manner. Like " Can you just sit down?"4. We had ordered a sandwich bag but received one filled with sweets. It's understandable if sandwiches weren't available, but a polite explanation and apology would have been more appropriate. Especially when we selected "sandwich bag" and we were expecting them. This experience left us quite disappointed, and we don't intend to return. We understand that everyone can have a bad day, but such negative interactions with customers are unprofessional and certainly not the level of service we expected.I believe it's crucial for the management to address these issues, as I'm confident we weren't the only ones uncomfortable with the disruptive behavior of this specific employee. I hope for a response from the management regarding this matter. Thank you.

One specific staff was so rude, with black hair.If she acts like she doesn't want to serve anyone. You guys need to fire someone like her obviously. I felt super uncomfortable

Decent coffee, good loyalty stamp program, great local location on corner of Jerdan Pl and Fulham Rd, opens early and closes not too early in the evening typically 6.30AM to 7.30PM. Cafe Nero have also introduced another coffee option from S America for an extra 30p rn, their ice drinks are pretty good as well. Recommended High St chain in a good location. ?

Great tasting coffee and food. Located in a quiet area and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Staff were friendly.

Stopped for a coffee, not happy that it was served in a takeaway cup despite telling staff I was sitting in. Not a pleasant experience and poor environmentally.

Not laptop friendly - lots of sockets but none of them work, have been like this for a few weeks but no one to fix. Wifi comes on and off at times. Don’t waste money getting something here to realise u can’t sit and work for any amount of time.

The staff were very friendly and it was clean. Could use an update as some of the furniture has wear and tear. But other than that it was good ?

Great local Caffè Nero branch. Quite conveniently located, closest Caffè Nero store to the nearby Fulham Broadway underground station ?. Always staffed( which is quite unusual lately) and decent coffee served ☕️. Outside seating area is a plus when weather is nice. Recommended if in area.

Pros: coffee is very good and the staff are generally friendly. Cafe Nerro can’t seem to keep hold of manager for my local branch in Fulham.Cons: Place needs refreshing. Walls are grubby, some of the chairs are filthy. They used to have 4/5 functioning toilets upstairs but closed them all apart the disabled one which itself has been closed for sometime.
