Staff clearly do not want to work there. Each time I go for breakfast well before breakfast ends they are out of sausages, eggs or baguettes and yesterday out of sausages and baguettes. It's a very unreliable store.

I went today in afternoon there were so many empty shelves when i asked is there anything in vegetarian staff was laughing because i was not able to find vegetable bake and also making fun of me.Staff's have zero respect of customers.

One star may be unfair but last week I ordered a Magic Bag from ‘Too Good To Go’ from Fulham Rd Greggs to be picked up between 5.30-6.00pm. Arriving at 5.30pm they were closed, lights out. I waited until their advertised closing time which was 6pm in case …..:??‍♀️still no apology* Too Good To Go refunded me.

The store is suppose to be open and that’s what both the official Greggs website states plus general Google search. It’s Sunday 26th Feb

Everything is always burnt to a crisp. If you don't believe me drop in and see the depressing selection of burnt food for yourselves. Specifically called to ask if I could have none burnt bakes but surprise surprise... burnt as always

I find Gregg's shops a good experience for purchasing lunch etc. It was around 13:20 and probably I had just missed the lunchtime rush but on this visit they had run out of most savory snacks soup, sausage rolls and pasties etc. When looking for something to eat felt that there wasn't anything left or no mention of other items being cooked and being ready on a set period of time ..I felt it could have been possible to have a few other replacement being ready especially as it was still around ( possibly late ) lunch time.I left disappointment and the shrug of the shoulders wasn't the response I was expecting.I would have felt differently if it had been 230 or 3pm.But there were still 3 or 4 customers in the store at the time so I just feel it would have been resonablle to expect maybe a small amount to be waiting to cook and would of been ready in 10- 15 mins . And would have accepted if I had enough time to choose and to wait.

Luke and the staff there at this branch of Greggs on the corner or Fulham Road and Munster Road, are always very happy, welcoming, helpful and polite. I couldn't recommend this branch any higher. Great all round service!!!! Thank you!!!

You should count yourselves lucky to have a manager like Poupon! He kindly put in more chicken bakes (as they are my fav) cause after a long week, I just didnt feel like cooking dinner. I got 2 chicken bakes and ginger breadmen. He offered me a seat while I waited and informed me of the times so I could catch my bus on time. We had a chat while he was cleaning the shop. He was very proud to be there and to be the manager of the store! I hope you look after Poupon and he become store manager, as he is a diamond in the rough for sure! Thank you Poupon for such great service, I will be back!!!!
