To Long a wait for food, a bit chaotic in there, although plenty of staff, won't be going to McDonald's in North End Rd again.

I had some trouble getting my payment to work on the kiosk. The manager and staff persons were extremely kind and worked with me until we got my order to process. It was a cold day and this restaurant was warm and pleasant. Thanks to all of you for a great experience.

Didn't enjoy it.. busy like a circus..Not a good place to enjoy for posh ppl of fulham.. need a halal / kosher range these days the brand is only one sided.. they should filo fish cheap on the Friday & before the sabbath.. wake micky d's..!.too many junk food places here, stand out & reinvent your market..

The staff are polite but are completely mismanaged prioritising deliveroo and others over actual customers in the shop. Our order was left on the back work top and not processed correctly on the screen so no one new where it was, not good for 3 mcflurries.We received our order after complaining 3 times 20 minutes later and had no apology.This was 8.30pm so not very busyWe won't be going back

The most kmportant is that some workers speak two or three lenguajes this is important for tourist or People fro other countries.

The staff try their best. It sometimes gets too busy and waiting can be a bit too much. Improved lately but still room for improvement on general atmosphere. I think another Macdonalds is needed in the area.

Had a lovely visit here. As a disabled man I was met by Georgina who treated me with so much heart. Bless her, she got a table for me and spent the time having a lovely chat whilst doing her job, she's a credit to the franchise. I want to say thank you so much, you treated me, my mum and my children with so much kindness, please give her a raise!We were visiting the area as we come from Fulham and it competed a very lovely afternoon.Thanks guys xParking: Very easy to use the app to park and pay, it also gives you a timer to show you how long you have. Very handy. This was in the road next to McDonald's, off of the North End Road.

Every thing I ordered was served cold and nasty, and on top of that they did not even give me the dipping sauce for my mcnuggets. Literally the worst Mcdonald's I've ever ordered from in the entire world (and that is a very low bar to clear). Avoid this location at all costs.

Slowest Macdonald's I've been in also they prioritise deliveroo drivers and there were loads. Quite intimidating when they are all standing around with there helmets on taking over a large section of the service area.

Unfortunately i had to accompany someone to eat hier . But counter confused a "eat in" order made on Monitor and handed out a take away bag with food.Also no napkin was in a bag, none awailable to srlf-take either.Upstairs area was unexpectedly closed at 18:55 , workers said : " it is closed as it is 19 O'clock now ". There is no sign about such a rule. Unfortunately order was already paid at terminal, otherwise would rather go out straight. Toilets are upstairs ( and not reachable), so people queue up in front of one toilet for disabled people. Only two eating tables available downstairs.(and people are standing to the toilet behind you, while you are eating)Good is this McDonald's is very clean. Food was good.
