The worst Papa John's, it's such a shame it's gone down hill so much, we used to order once a week but last 5 orders mean we no longer order and order from another pizza place:1) forgot our drink and insisted we never ordered one even though it said on our order sticker / app!2) didn't do stuffed crust just delivered normal. Called up to get a refund on the stuffed crust part (£10+), they said they'd run out and asked if we wanted a free side or drink, no we were already eating our food, refund never arrived3) delivered 1 small bottle of drink instead of the large sharing size we'd ordered4) had clearly run out of stuffed crust cheese again, instead of calling us or asking if we wanted something else, or giving us a refund for the stuffed crust part, they filled the crust with cheese single type cheese which tasted disgusting and leaked out all over the pizza ruining them5) we ordered 6 of our favourites dips, again they'd clearly run out so they gave us the free garlic dips instead which we don't like. Again didn't ask us or just give us a refund for the dips

This is the worst pizza ever! Very dry, and hardly any toppings on their pizza. Vegan pepperoni disintegrated on the pizza and hardly had any flavour. The cheese bread sticks were terribly dry as well. The quality is bad and hardly like any Pappa Johns I have ever tried. They should be reported!

This location has fallen apart. Like other recent reviewers, I also am jumping through hoops after they didn't deliver one of our pizzas on halloween.First our driver lied to us, claiming, no, we'd ordered two pizzas, not three. I showed him our order and then he changed his story and said he'd go back and get us the missing pizza. Again, not true.Then the person at the store lied when he said he'd send us out a new pizza. This was after waiting another hour for the pizza that never arrived. I asked for a refund. First he said he'd give it, then he said it was "corporate's fault" and I needed to leave feedback to get my refund.Here I am, giving as much feedback as I can.Avoid this Papa John's until they get their shop in order. They've lost small stuff many times in the past, but this was our worst experience yet.

Ordered a pizza online. After 20 minutes said was in the oven. One hour later said was cutting. No reply via phone for ten minutes of calling. The pizza NEVER ARRIVED. Absolutely shameful service. This branch should be ashamed of themselves. I would advise any customer to never order from this branch. Incredibly unprofessional service. I shall be claiming a refund through my card issuer as I cannot get through to them on the phone

Ordered delivery at 7pm, at 8.30pm I spoke to them on the phone and they said it would be another 15 minutes. That was 1 hour ago. Terrible service. Avoid like the plague.

This is the worst papa johns of all time. I love papa johns, if I go to a friends house and order from a different papa johns in a different area it’s great! So unfortunate that the fulham one is my local because it is awful. I ordered a vegan works with added fresh tomatoes and jalapeños, it arrived not only with no fresh tomatoes and jalapeños (which you obv have to pay for extra toppings) it basically no tomato sauce. Just a tiny bit near the crusts. I called and and told them they got my order wrong and she said she’d make it so I got free wings on my next order which is stupid cause I’m vegan. I asked for a replacement and she said they haven’t got any drivers right now, she repeatedly said this even though I know if I ordered another on the website it would come. She then said if they did it would take an hour and kept saying this. Again, i know if I just reordered it wouldn’t and they just didn’t want to do it. She kept shouting over to someone else and the guy who made it said he did put tomatoes and jalapeños on it, which is just a lie. I asked if I could get a refund and they said I had to email photos to maybe get a refund in around 8 days… I shouldn’t have to go through this effort, I don’t believe I’d get a refund and I just want dinner! And I want what I paid for! My boyfriend also spoke on the phone to them and they hung up on him. Called again and after a lot of effort they said they’d replace it and it would take 20 mins… who knows if it will come. But now I’m wishing I’d just gone ahead and tried to get a possible refund as they were so awful on the phone I’m now scared they’ll spit in the replacement and I’ll be too scared to eat it. UPDATE: they delivered a replacement, and have just taken the absolute piss and put a stupid amount of toppings on, more photos added of both pizzas side by side. Why can’t you just make a normal pizza this is so ridiculous! This is just too thick with toppings. I just wanted the tomatoes and jalapeños I asked for on a normal vegan works pizza with a normal amount of tomato sauce, this pizza is really wet from too much sauce and drowned in everything! Clearly them reacting and being bitter, so I’m definitely too worried to eat it because idk if they’ll have done something to it out of spite. I’m so tired and upset, and so starving I will just eat the dry af original one I got. We used to order from you a fair bit until a bad experience similar to this a while ago. Had been ages since we ordered so thought why not. Never again

Awful place. 3 weeks later still can't get a refund and the manager every day I ring is never working apparently, the head office should close this store down!

Keep getting the wrong order from this store - maybe the fourth time this has happened since ordering from this store. Normally I can understand if it’s a slight error e.g. one time they forgot stuffed crust, but today and I got a completely wrong item - ordered the medi veg papadia and got sent the Philly mushroom the sauce on which I don’t like. The person answering the phone was quite rude when I called to let them know, the replacement took 55 mins to arrive, and when I called to check it was on it’s the way the person was again quite rude and abrupt on the phone saying the delivery was 5 mins away (the shop is only a 4 mins drive so who know what happened there). No apology was given and unfortunately the order was still wrong missing half the toppings it was meant to have! Can’t be bothered to call back again to sort out, but just disappointing that this has happened a few times. My boyfriend really likes their pizzas so we keep ordering from here, but I have been quite disappointed a few times.
