Leandro and his team were great for my daughter's birthday lunch in the private room downstairs. He was a pleasure to deal with and promptly replied to e-mails to organise the lunch. The girls had a great time.

Place was not too busy but food took a long time to come as they seem to be prioritizing delivery/takeout orders. It took nearly 40 minutes for our food to arrive and we saw multiple other tables having the same problem - all we saw were delivery orders being filled while we all waited.

We ordered pizzas which never arrived, the store stopped picking up our calls and we did not get a refund either! Terrible service, no customer service!

We ordered pizza through just eat and the restaurant forgot to handover pizza to the delivery guy. When i called the restaurant, the guy was blaming just eat instead of acknowledging that he forgot to give it to delivery man. And he didn’t even helped to sort this thing out … very unprofessional staff and attitude from Pizza express, Fulham

Got a takeaway from this place through Deliveroo... it was rank. 30 quid for 2 small pizzas, they were literally the worst pizzas we have ever had. The topping looked like it was thrown on top in anger, it was all congregated on one side of the base, it was sludgy and cold, the base was dry and brittle like it was old... we tried eating it and immediately seriously regretted our decision, it was extremely salty. Its a disgrace that they delivered that to us in the first place. I have been privileged enough to have eaten Pizza on every continent on the Earth and this is LITERALLY THE WORST EVER. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this place... the quality is seriously poor and you will immediately be looking for somewhere else to source a replacement dinner the moment you receive your pizzas, albeit 30 quid out of pocket, like we are now. We also called and complained and they were unhelpful and acted like they could care less. Best of luck to you, but we will not partake again.

Decent size/number of tables for the location. We turned up early evening and were lead straight to a table.\\n\\nOrdered a peroni and a garlic bread with mozzarella, expecting to share one for two of us. The garlic bread was tiny but tasty (they definitely didn’t scrimp on the butter).\\n\\nI got a giardiniera pizza and my daughter picked a margarita pizza which arrived soon. Lovely pizzas and friendly staff. All in all a good experience.
