It is always closed before the times it states ! Last night went around 9:10. Even though it says they close at 9:30 it was already closed. They do this all the time. Closing way before stated time. And it is done usually when there is a lady there.

Poorly constructed sandwich. Service was ok. Menu change is stupid move by subway. Also very expensive for a sandwich. £8 for a foot long. Subway are losing their minds.Edit: bread is also stale

First time I’ve used subway and probably the last ! Got the big meat ball on baguette and chips.. stuff was looking at me like they didn’t know what they where doing, not wearing hats, not friendly at all! As I’ve arrived at home the bread was so sweet and wet,the bread wasn’t toasted as I asked to be ,I had to get a fork and just have the filling, chips with out any sauce even if I ask for one . And of it not worth the money .. if I could I’ll given 0 stars.

I was served today by a gentleman called Paul, The service was excellent. my Subway was delicious. There was only 1 person serving 4 customers, this not including the just eat machine behind him. It’s ? shameful two overwork staff, and they only receive minimum wage. Other than Subway mistreatment of their staff, it was a nice experience would definitely recommend a visit. Hopefully in time subway will address how they look after their staff because if they think customers don’t take notice we do.

The staff don't know what they selling. The potato crisps wasn't crisps and fresh as the sausage ?I thought the Subway is much more quality (fresh, helpful staff).I was so disappointed ?

Have been to this subway before, tried something new and it was a disasterFirstly I asked for vegan cheesy bites-They didn't have them.Then I ordered the Nachos and Potatoes Wedges.If the shop is renovated with new graphics please have some food standards.Can't just take wedges out from the freezer in front of the customer and using the same gloves he made the meatball sub, take a potion out and warm it up.The guy got a pack of doritoes from inside puts on top of the paper on the counter. Left it for 5 mins to get salsa.The other guys puts my nacho and someone else order (meatball sub in the oven same time). How can you mix meat and vegeterian food with same gloves. Common sense.Asked for SourCream and guacamole but they didn't have(didn't give me a valid reason, if they don't do it or don't have I stock).I paid for the food but had to chuck in the bin, also told the guy that next time please , tell your customers, what you can serve and what's out of stock.No apology, nothing. Just asked to pay.You need to improve your customer service. What I paid for was not worth it.

Ordered on UberEats and paid extra for delivery as the allow to input extras ( I have free delivery with deliveroo) . I kindly wrote 3 times please put extra sauce as I can not have dry food .Received my order to through away !! Honestly so angry and upset ! Waste of money . If there are extra instructions I don’t understand why you can’t follow them ! They took the opportunity to buy a dip separately and on top of that there staff are unable to follow simple instructions.
