Ordered colonel's meal (2 chicken thighs) and got a bony pice of chicken plus a chicken wing. Politely asked to the staff that something was wrong with my order and she says that everything Is fine, say wing is a part of the chicken and there's nothing she can do about. Asked to swap the wing for what I ordered and refuse to do, then ask for my money back and refused again. Is really disappointed

If I could give 0 stars I would, I found a bug in my food, went to the store the next day as I was working till late the same day. When I went to the store, I showed them the picture and requested a refund, the “manager” said he’s not able to give me refund and asked for my receipt. I ordered from the self service machine, which did not provide me a receipt. I showed the “manager”the payment from Apple Pay, which he did not expect.He was extremely rude and unhelpful and just told me to contact customer service, I called and they said their line was closed when I asked him for another number he said just check online. Extremely unhelpful and rude!!

Dirty restaurant, very slow service, staff seem to forget to include items all the time. I paid nearly £10 for getting 3 strips with chips and drink instead of Boneless Banquet that i paid for. Was waiting for about 25 minutes and within that time, 2 people came back saying they’re missing items. Strips were very tiny and dry, chips not salted.

Absolutely disgusting paid for a meal didn't get no drink chips were not freshly cooked and chicken was horrible phoned up the store to be spoken to very rudely and lied saying my husband said no drink and when I said I was semi disabled and this was a monthly treat for me he just laughed I will never eat from north end rd kfc again I asked to speak to the manager he laughed and put down the phone absolutely disgusting customer service.

i visit most of the days here and i am satisfied with their service. they provide very fast service. but the only problem is there no space to dine-in that's disappointed me.

Firstly I would like to say that I have tried to contact the place to mention my disappointment although phone was not open .Yesterday I ordered I store a take away 3 pc variety mealWhen I arrived home approx 7 minutes later I found the order to be incomplete , ( only 3 pieces of chicken , fries and the drink ( which I drank on way home and have no comments about that ) Fries were to be expected after being in a paper bag for approx 10 minutes and they were sufficient considering Howeber it was quite possibly the smallest portion of fries I have ever seen ! I also had the 3 smallest / driest / dark in colour pieces of chicken !! Absolutely tiny and inedible ,I can only suggest that you check your orders on collection ,I appreciate the store was beginning to get busy ( school lunch hours ) but this does not excuse an incorrect order and inedible , exceptionally dry chixken .Very disappointing ,Sort it out please ! N End Road wants you !! But it’s as if you don’t want N End Road and surrounding !
