Almond croissant was like raw dough. I gave up chewing after two bites but it still made me feel bloated for hours. It's bad enough they can't heat them up for "health and safety" now they don't even cook them properly. I'm going off Pret. Maybe they should stop opening new stores and rather concentrate on quality.

This is my local Pret store and I like that it’s easily accessible for me to grab breakfast, lunch or snacks. A great selection of hot and cold meals and drinks. I like the seasonal offers too especially during Christmas with the Turkey and cranberry sandwich. The hot wraps are good to go and don’t need to be heated and the drinks are served within a reasonable time.

Person serving was completely disinterested. Was overcharged, think she had the order wrong, ended up with an extra coffee, but they were only half full.Had to wait ages for coffee and toastie although they didn't seem particularly busy.

Went there this morning (05.08) at 6:30AM to get my usual morning coffee. The girl serving me was VERY RUDE. I asked if they do iced beverages and she just pointed at the menu. No hello, how’s your morning going, nothing. I also asked for a flat lid and she said they don’t have flat lids, when they were just next to the coffee mashine. I was not respected as a paying costumer and the lady talked to me with no remorse about being very disrespected. I work in hospitality myself and this is outrageous. I hope a manager will solve their staff issue as it’s prevalent in a lot of reviews.

Taking regular drinks here and always something not done properly, drinks made smaller , missing toping or staff disrespectful. Hope someone reviews the feedbacks and take an action as it's not fair delivering suboptimal survive because of someone headlessness. People are paying to get good service and drinks

I love this place and go on a daily basis. Thank you for sorting out the iced drinks issue but please bring back a better sandwich range.You’ve got rid of- New York deli rye roll- Veggie New York deli- Jamon-beurre- Reuben toastie (this really hurts)I need a pickle in my sandwich!
Raha who is one of the servers is incredibly rude.I come here practically everyday and have a subscription the code scanner on its own and she became very snappy and raised her voice at me complaining when I didn’t even scan the code. This was before 9am and I just don’t appreciate it as it could have set a bad tone for my day

I visited the Fulham Broadway brand. I bough one latte and one cappuccino, just they gave to me a cappuccino that was their long time before. The barista was so rude and tell me that that was my cappuccino. The customer service is really bad and the coffe its not even cheap. Not value for money at all
