I been today and bought a ice soya latte single shot. The taste of coffee was bad on top of this they added double shot. Sure on the glass they stick that label but unfortunately it went wrong. This is my last time visitng Starbucks, it seems they do not hold quality control anymore. It does happens sometimes to have a good coffee but I do not trade anymore and tired to write feedback and have to pay for just a coffee. Not worth the energy and annoyance to go back.

This place is really good! I love the ham and cheese sandwiches that they make as well as matcha late. I am not a fan of coffee, however I really enjoy this place;) I recommend it to everyone. Maybe the only minus is the croissants, I don’t really like how you make them:(

Very friendly staff, drinks are nice. Toilet is disgusting really dirty, dusty, wet toilet tissue everywhere and smells horrible. Even the hand soap smells really bad.

Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews on here? I come here quite often and once the drink I ordered wasn’t available so the nice manager gave me a coupon for a free drink next time and also made me a larger alternative drink.

I am regular on this Starbucks for 5 years for best spot on the Fullham Broadway tube station ,been recently and best spot transform in the worst blurry spot :))) sticker on the windows all way.Looking like marketing points more important then clients :))) ,never come back ,Higly not recommended!!!

Date visited 12th February 2022. Staff friendly and helpful. Coffee ok. But the one and only toilet was absolutely disgusting. Floor wet , covered in used paper towels and other. Hadn't been cleaned all day.

Worst Starbucks of the world.Especially Barista girl.Right now I am at the Starbucks here.I gave starbucks card to check enough money into it. Added £10 into it. All confusion speaks rudely.Made cooffe very strong asked for more water said not allowed. When I ordered Americano she made it ready and gave it to me. I wanted with oats milk in it but she cannot as she made order ready. Will never visit this shop against. People are switching to Costa and Pret over Starbucks. Think about it. Employ efficient and customer friendly staff.
