I visit my local costa very often and the service is great and they are always so kind and one time there was a misunderstanding about the drinks and they immediately helped my disabled sister and gave us a free drink and brownie and honestly they were great and deserve 5 starsKid-friendliness: They helped my sister because she got a breakdown and gave her a free brownie

The staff were friendly, I didn't have any problems with them, but it was just too noisy chatting (staff) and cleaning etc. I couldn't really relax like at other chains. Just not for me.

Went in around 2pm and there were 2 lovely members of staff there. They were extremely friendly and made our drinks perfectly.I’m not sure how Costa does it but your staff are always the best. Thank you.

Hi,today there was a barista really nice and kind and patient,her name is Kristelle,she is hardworking and she is always with the smile! I had lots of add ons and she was really patient with me. Thats what you call a beautiful hardworking barista.

The team leader was of great assistance, he helped me with choosing my order and made the most incredible latte art on my coffee. Great service would definitely recommend ? oh, the shop also feels really cosy and warm with a good ambience to it.

Chain coffee shop. Coffee is usually decent enough but on occasion it's not the standard you expect. Food is average at best. I've found the coffee at Gail's next door to be more consistent.
