Generally a great Starbucks, it can be busy at times. I don't recommend Starbucks cakes but there are some nice sandwich options. Staff are friendly and polite. Toilets not too impressive..

I always went to this Starbucks for coffee. Almost everyday. I have met few very friendly staffs but there is one particular lady with round rim glasses who takes your order who is so rude to the customers as if we have caused a big inconvenience. It doesnt cost anything to be nice or even talk normally. Was waiting in the counter just said hello but she yelled saying one minute so rudely. Messed up the order too. We told her there is no need for being so rude but didnt say nothing but smirked. Other staffs are nice its just her this isnt the first time I have seen her being this rude.

Every time I've orderes from them on deliveroo they've gotten multiple things completely wrong (e.g. forgetting my drink, giving me a bacon sandwich instead of a vegan breakfast burger, giving me a drink that's only 1/4 full). When I've been in in person they've been good, just dont order delivery from them.

I have had a positive experience at this Starbucks. The service is good and the baristas are friendly and helpful. The music is also good.On the other hand, it can get a bit busy and the layout of the tables could be better.

Only good thing I can say about this place is that it is open during times that other cafés are not, and there aren't many other places to work/study in in the area. Other than that, the place is honestly somewhat cursed. It is way too cold in the summer and the tables are always dirty and sticky. You do get what you pay for though, so I keep coming back, because I can work there for 4 hours after paying £4 for a coffee.Also, the toilets are really disgusting.

I ordered Cool Lime Refresha. It’s lovely! You really feel refreshed afterwards ?? The only thing was the shop, it’s not that tidy and clean, and lots of empty cups and etc… on the tables. I’m not keen with the sitting and table arrangement most especially the middle area. The toilet was not cleaned, Water all over the floor.
