Very well priced menu. Value for money. TVs available all around to watch football in any direction you turn your head.Team is great and always on look out to change the coals and get your orders placed. Absolutely rubbish service!!! Never will attend again after a long wait for my order to be taken. We ordered a waffle after 30 minutes of waiting for the waffle to come out a hour later cold. I then refused to eat the waffle and said take it off the bill because I waited a hour and it’s cold and was really put off by this and didn’t want it at all! The waiter turned around and said I’m still paying for it. They tried to charge me but I refused to pay. The boss said pay and get out my shop. This here is poor and unacceptable customer service. There was not one person who apologised or handled this situation correctly. Overall this place is rundown and is not worth the visit. Don’t waste your time !!!

**Mature relaxed shisha choice! ** Tired of posey teenagers with attitude? Dont like feeling like youre in a nightclub? Dont want to be ripped off? Dont want to wait in line for no apparent reason?Then this is the place for you!Nice quality Shisha and food. The service is always good. The music/TV is never too loud or too quiet. It can get busy at peak times but its never stupidly packed where the experience is ruined. This makes it great for chilling with your friends, enjoying conversation and actually having a decent smoke with some choice food/desserts. Best of all, the prices are reasonable. A firm favourite haunt for us, and many other regulars. No negatives - but it isnt super "bouji"/instagrammable, youre not getting michelin star food. Its a good shisha place, and not pretending to be something else.
