He must have so many customers but he remembers the last conversation we had ?. Definitely makes you feel welcome & want to return to this Costa. Great customer service, I wish more staff were like him. Give this guy a promotion”

Talk about morning: staff were pleasant, attentive and fast @ this time of day.
Music was a little too loud for me to hear vid calls I needed to make, I had to go outside, where traffic was a little less noisy to make my calls.”
