I have always found this to be an above average branch with some decently made coffee by Costa standards. It's much nicer now too with the recent refurb.EDIT: I visited yesterday and they had the doors wide open constantly in the middle of winter due to them being broken. No sign. No apology after I tried to shut them. Just rudeness from the staff. It was like sitting in a cold unfriendly bus shelter. Rubbish.EDIT: A year on and this place is STILL just as bad. It's an hour and three quarters before closing time and I'm sitting in here in what feels like a bus shelter due to the door being left open in winter and am surrounded by tables from outside that stink of cleaning spray and was hearded into a sketchy area to sit by a staff member who's overall vibe can best be described as 'over it' which I guess explains the lack of common manners. I'm drinking from the takeaway cup that I was forced to have even though I asked to drink in. What is wrong with this branch?! I'm only in here as the queue to get out the car park is horrendous

Amazing atmosphere and certainly the best stuff you can find in a coffee shop, food and drinks are fresh and tasty! Will highly recommended!

Absolutely disappointed with the staff, came at 6pm to order coffee and sit down, the lady told that only take away available and I can only sit on two tables as they are closing although it was only 6 and they close at 8!!!!

Aishish, the store manager at Costa in West way London is rude and highly unprofessional. Myself and my sister had just sat down to work on our laptops. A few minutes had passed when he came to tell us to leave unless we ordered something. I told him that we were going to order and that we had just started setting up our laptops. We felt undermined and verbally abused. I suggest you order something as soon as you cross the borders into this Costa!Parking: as above

Worst day off my life as I was just about to loose my life or be a disabled for ever because of Costa as I was sitting enjoying my coffee outside on Sunday lunch time suddenly a big wooden panel fallen from top to my head. No manager no first aider no call back after the accident to check how I am I am out off work with head injuries and getting nightmares. Avoid sitting outside I will never go back I will see you Costa in court

There aren’t enough toilets here for how many customers there are. Whenever you want to go to the toilet you have to queue for at least 5 minutes, sometimes more- there is always a queue of several people outside. Also there are no plug sockets.
