Went out in a double date for a meal. One of our party couldn’t decide so we asked for more time. What we didn’t know was that the waitress had put 3 of the meals through while waiting for the other person to order. We ended up finishing our food before he even got his and then ended up taking his away. Not to mention the food was disgusting and we left most of it. The waitress heather was most unpleasant and wasn’t helpful. She just kept repeating that he had ordered late so it’s coming late but it will be ready soon. But originally told up she would wait and put all the orders through together. All in all very upset and disappointed

This has to be one of the worst Roast dinners I've had at a pub.All the meat was overcooked, the roast potatoes hadn't seen an oven, the mash tasted like powdered mash, one tiny dry parsnip and the gravy was horrible.Ordered sides of cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets, for £3.50 we expected more than just one small sausage with some dry bacon wrapped around it.Our food was practically thrown at us on the table.If we weren't starving we would have sent it back and asked for a refund, ate what we could stomach and left as we were disappointed after spending just over £40.Such a shame as the pub looks lovely, it's dog friendly, the garden is great with picnic tables and parasols and undercover booths with heaters.

We were served by Heather who was lovely and very bubbly. The pub is in a great location. There is plenty of parking and we love that they added Easter decor in the pub. Food was amazing.

The staff is very rude ( especially the guy from the till ). I visited on Saturday, poor service, but otherwise good atmosphere.

I wanted to order some snacks before 10 p.m., and the guy behind the bar said the kitchen closed a minute ago even if we were waiting at the queue to order for like 8-10 minutes as it was only one person behind the bar, when I said we were the there for a while the answer was "it is what it is".Ordered a bottle of wine on the menu was around £13.50 and paid £17.50, bar staff said all prices are wrong, so I don't have to go by what the menu says.First and last time here. Slow service, wrong prices, rude staff

Quaint pub on a corner in Woodford Green. Lovely conservatory to the rear and outdoor seating too. Thats the good bit.The food was terrible. Sweet potato falafel (3 small pieces) was burnt and it was served with crunchy (certainly not focaccia) bread. The coating on the onion rings was oily and dense - not the light crunchy batter you’d expect. The sweet potato fries were refried and burnt.Vegetarian options: Separate vegan and vegetarian menuDietary restrictions: Separate gluten free menu

This place is worth visiting, it’s lovely, spacious, amazingly vibrant and well looked after… hands down to the Management, well done … my family had amazing time and Georgia you rock huuunnn … the best time ever ….
