Disgusting rude staff! The man was so rude when my delivery came the food was cold and I was told that I'm not to return it or I will never be able to order from there again!I advise anyone wanting chicken to go anywhere else but there to avoid disappointment.If I could give a zero rating, that is what I would have put.

The small asian dude with 3 chins tried to charge me 1 pund extra on my wrap meal and also a meal price for a single popcorn chicken on its own, dishonest business. And a rip off.

Customer service was not great, the man serving me was very unfriendly in particular when I made a polite request for my burger he responded with attitude and irritation . I also noticed the different treatment to those who were Asian opposed to those who were not including myself. In addition I don’t appreciate that food and money are dealt with bare hands and there’s no sanitation of the hands in between. Lived in Woodford all my life but I will not be returning nor recommending.

The man at the till was extremely rude and impatient, every time i asked him a question he would sigh . He didn't give me the order i asked for and wanted to charge me 1.50 extra for two of the smallest wings I've ever seen. The food tasted extremely bad and came with no sauce so it was extremely dry.

This review has been a long time coming, i can gladly say i’m pleased to finally get the opportunity to write it.Chapter 1: FoodThe food at Favourites chicken perfectly encapsulates the enigma of a nice chicken and chips, without a doubt. Although the stinginess of the sauce options could be kept to a minimum, the food is respectable.Chapter 2: Work ProfessionalismA business should always aim to keep the workplace morale as high as possible, however i think they thought about the wrong type of high. Not even a world-wide threat level force could push me to be this agitated and aggravated in a workplace. There’s not much to be said, aside from start treating ur customers right pls.Conclusion:Overall, a captivating thought at the least, favourites chicken has the ability to go so far, yet is so far. 5.5/10. However, best believe you’ll see me behind those shimmery windows time and time again.

An honest honest honest review here. Please do not bother spending your money here. The food ain't even a cheaper option to others. Bad quality food. The chicken burger is like a strip in a cheese burger bun etc. It's very poor quality and bad worker manners to top it off.

Been eating from here since i moved in this area for last 3 years. I have faced two problems in my last two visits. Firstly, I visit the store, the woman serving the food was extremely rude and loud with me. Pathetic show of professionalism and last time, the other guy with white french bread showed poor behaviour. I won’t visit this takeaway anymore.

The worst experience of my life from a takeaway..the food was extremely bad??the ribs were cold, they put the cold fries back in fryer to warm it up.. no sauce, the customer service was zero.. the guy shouted at me when i return the food and the other guys didnt even clean his hands after mopping using toilet.. why is council unaware of such an ugly and unprofessional place.. this place should b shut down.. ???????? i advised people around here.. plz dnt eat from this dirty and rude place..
