Although food at these premises was ok , restaurant area is clean but bathroom facilities are disgusting and health risk, smell is so strong that one can not risk being there to even spend a penny, missing hand wash and no towels adds to the bad hygiene. I actually asked the staff if they were using the same bathroom and they answered “yes” , I would not eat here! ?

i’m so disgusted with this place it’s the worse kfc i’ve been to in my life. the food was dry and tasted expired. ever since i had got home my stomach had been feeling so bad and kept rumbling. in the end i vomited everything out for about 10 minutes non stop. it’s truly the worse experience i’ve had with fast food. do never come here because i sure wont be.

Last night I ordered through just eat in your restaurant, it takes too long for how many hours to find a rider and on my way delivering, what is worst of waiting is they says its been delivered but no food coming and the driver don't even bothered to call. I tried to communicate with just eat web and call directly alperton but nobody is answering.

Staff are incompetent, slow and useless, the restaurant was almost empty but still took 20 minutes to get served through the drive through. There were 5 cars in front of me.

Every time I order from this kfc they always get the order wrong.They always forget something so I have to go and ask for it each time, it's starting to get annoying.Maybe retrain your staff to read the orders properly.

I believe it's the best Halal KFC in London, I always come to it at least once a month.The chicken always fresh and not too oily.The staff is always helpful.The drive-thru is quick and easy.If you wanted to dine in, plenty of parking options.
Great big KFC with a lot of seating area! But the service is very slow!!!!when on my visit, there was literally not a busy time at all, and I had to wait 15 minutes for my food still....

I don’t know what’s going on with this branch or the management but it is by far the worst KFC branch there is. Everything is different from the quality of fries, wings, wraps and pieces of chicken. I would have thought that the franchise would be standardised but this branch is different. I always have an upset stomach after eating the wings from here which doesn’t happen from other KFC branches. Also the chicken strips are way more salty than any other branches to the point it becomes inedible after eating 1 or 2. Is it the oil? Is it the preparation? I don’t know.. but this branch is slacking severely…Also the drive through is a logistical nightmare… whoever planned and is coordinating that nonsense needs to be sacked..

Please do not go there they are doing the day time robbery they refuse to give you mayo and when I said why I cannot get mine is they said we do not work for KFC and does meek mean confuse that it says it’s owned by private company and we do not give mayonnaise but I said I paid for my food very low class place to go for check-in I recommend everyone do not even bother to go there very poor experience to get there
