First time I have been to the Koz and was very happy with the lamb shish kebab. The flat bread that came with it was amazing it had a BBQ flavour. The only downside that I had was that the kebabs don't come with chips. We had to ask for them the lovely waitress said that the manager didn't like chips being served. I don't like boiled rice, cos cus, or salad. We managed to get two kebabs with chips.The management should rethink no chips policy.

Ordered the liver sandwich and the ratio of liver to fat was 3:1 - meaning there was mostly only fat in the sandwich and hardly any liver! This is so dishonest and embarrassing for your kitchen because you cant say it was just an error - you could visibly see that you were cooking pieces of fat but hoping ppl wouldn’t notice because it was in a sandwich! You’ve shown No integrity in your business, so will not be buying from your ever again!

I recently dined at the restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the staff's incompetence. Not only did they provide subpar service, but they also managed to charge me the wrong amount on my bill, adding further frustration to an already disappointing visit. I expected more attention to detail and professionalism.

Friendly, professional staff. Nice clean and warm toiletsVegetarian options: Not much, but what they have is nice. Well cooked and tasty. Their soup for the day is hearty. All that was missing for me was chilli flakes. I should have asked. Good price point.Parking: In the evenings the main road has free parking all day with time restrictions up to two hours before 6pm.
