They are always charging you more than supposed to be. They are always lying, even if you purchase 3 items one of them for sure will be with higher price on the receipt. Several times that happened to me - stopped shopping from them. My friends complained as well - obviously that is normal practice for that shop.

Just got a call from this shop claiming thy are my service provider and asking my personal details when confronting them asking why does the caller id say Maja polish deli greenford phone instantly hangs up very suspicious possibly scammers working at this property MUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I shop in Maja regularly and I always get a great service in Maja’s main shop, however in the meat shop the customer service is not great at all. People are queuing to be served and staff is chatting away about how they are not happy at work or how they will manage without an extra member of stuff. I would even mind it so much if not the fact that when they are chatting, they often stop serving which makes the queuing time even longer. Also very often staff decided to stop serving and start reading order form when another 8 people waiting to be served, leaving one staff to actually serve the customers.I understand that shop is busy but basics customer service standards would make the shopping a much better experience. To be honest after todays shopping I probably won’t be shopping in the meat shop again. Why anyone would spend their time queuing and had to listen to the staff moaning? It’s just not worth my time or my money spend in the shop.
