This is one of the worst McDonalds ever. It our local one so I have been here few times. I order my food during drive through and at least 3 times out of my 6 or 7 visits, I have had food missing. Today was the last time I went here. I had a large order as I was buying for four people, I waited in bay 1 as they asked. One of their managers comes out with my food and I said let me check it he said no all here I checked it myself and surprise surprise, two burgers were missing. I called them, the first person hanged up on me and the second time they said give me your name and next time you come here we give you replacement. I believe they do this systematically, because they are off A40 so they get some visitors and they just get away with not giving people the food they pay for. They must have one of the worst managers.

Long waiting time. They ask to park in a bay but if there're 4 cars waiting the drive through it's blocked.

Out of all the mcdonald I've been into this one is over par. Friendly staff if a little hard to understand. Overall very happy, plus open 24/7

Went to the drive thru to get some food and drove out with a £150 fine for driving through the car park to get to the drive thru. Literally spent less than 10 mins in the there. Ridiculous would definitely recommend people to stay away. Will never use it again.

The customer service was absolutely awful and it took 6 mins to order my mcplant burger meal and they miss my order number. The only thing is McDonald’s is employing disinterested and unfriendly people so I won’t be

Food always cold, staff can be very rude ,stand around talking, very busy , long waiting time inside and drive through Waiting for food .
Touch screen tills in Macdonalds are rubbish always out of paper. Order did not print and order number failed to show. You then have to ask the staff for your order number. Food service was quick. Not a fan of the Philly burger just a standard bun with two burgers and standard cheese... Please keep your tills working properly.

The tables were a little dirty and it didn't look like anyone was cleaning them despite there only being 3 customers in the building at the time, it was 9:30 on a Saturdaymorning. I didn't have any food only a caramel hot chocolate which was delicious.I wasn't greeted despite a couple of the workers making eye contact with me.

Did not even get to order any food, line was super long and many tables where not clean. The staff seemed nice but there was no true gumption to keep the tables ready for the next customer. Toilets were really clean which was great as the kids needed to go.

I got a takeaway from here a few days ago and took the food home, I found the burger had clearly been eaten, I had to go back and return it, when I went there I tried to stay calm although was so angry as this is very bad. I spoke to the manager and he said we don't serve food like this, I said so you're trying to say we ate it, my husband said that we have brought all your food back without eating. The manager just kept saying they don't serve food like that, I told him I just want a refund, he then offered us replacement food, I told him I don't want any food from there so gave a refund. Never got any apology or anything.

I’ve order here before this time they forgot my item and the chips. It was also cold. On top of that last time I order before the drink spilled I think if you order from Uber it’s not worth your money you end up getting cold food or a missing item heres pictures
