2 stars because to be honest there wasn’t much options for me and my family/friends who eat halal food. We would really appreciate it if you could please consider making this branch halal! You’d get so much more customers considering 20% of the population in North Greenford are Muslims - the second largest population in the area!Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately no halal meat offered here.

First we was not acknowledged at the door. Then we finally seated there was sauce all over the floor. Waited 25 mins for food. The halumi was cold and burnt. The fries were dry and hollow inside. The staff looked like they did not want to be there and we're not approachable. I had to ask 4 different members of staff to change the halumi which we waited for and got once we had almost finished the meal. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this branch. One girl was helpful I think her name was Mia

Filthy bathroom, distinctive piss aroma.The premises is in dire need of renovation.Service is quite slow, it took the till operator 15min to take 4 orders.

Ordered a takeaway and got a chicken wrap with all the usual salad and halloumi cheese as an extra inside. As seen by the picture, not too sure where the contents of my wrap had gone. When ringing up to complain, I was offered a refund of £7 (the wrap cost more than that). Very disappointing.

Seated quickly. Used the app to order and the food arrived quickly. Quality of the food was good. Only downside was the cleanliness of the toilets.

Went to pick an order placed online, checked it best I could once I picked it as it was a large order and it was a bit busy, got home and found out an item was missing. Called them up, manager said ok you can come pick the remaining item no problem, went back and thought at the very least there would be an apology and perhaps some form of compensation as a gesture of good will for their mistake which caused me to have to return considering they forgot to pack my order properly but nothing. I even purchased another item as well on returning which they could have discounted but they didn't (and this was service from the manager when I returned). When the new item I ordered was given they had forgotten to pack the initial item that I had returned for and I had to remind them of why I was there in the first place. Unfortunately this is the third time this has happened at this branch for me over the span of a year hence why I felt compelled to leave this review, and I won't be going back to this branch to save myself further hassle.
