I give it a three stars because of Phoebe as she was very professional and nice from the beginning to the end. My colleague arranged an evening out, for dinner and drinks at Myllet Arms. The food was late and the staff seems on edge. Manager was stressed and his attitude toward his staff was showing when he was serving me and my colleagues. The only person who was apologetic was phoebe for the late arrival of the food and later the chef Tony explained that they were short of staff.\\nThey arrange to give us six free desserts which was the least they could do for making us wait 45mins for our food.\\n\\nIt would be professional for management to apologize to customer and let the know the wait time but that wasn’t done. I don’t think I would ever go back there.

Excellent as always. (The single pic with the chocolate sundae explosion was from the first time).\\n\\nWent a second time for breakfast this time, got there about 9:30am and was greeted by a very pleasant lady who advised on the unlimited breakfast £9.50 each (altho missus got discount due to NHS...down to £7.50) and free for children.\\n\\nGreat start to our Sunday morning. Went and launched straight into the full English and what a spread it was. Fried Eggs \\u0026 scrambled, bacon, beans, sausages ( ask for veggie sausages if wanted), hash brown, fried tomatoes, mushrooms etc etc you just as for toast and they do this for you..cereal for those who want that (weetabix, rice krispys etc).\\n\\nThoroughly enjoyed it and ate until I couldn't no more so totally got my monies worth. Wife and son were happy too so it was onto our next adventure..shopping?\\n\\nThankyou Myllett Arms team for brilliant Sunday morning breakfast. Highly recommended to anyone who's hungry and fancy a big munch at reasonable price?

Food ,had carvery. Was delicious, three different types of succulent meat and loads of veg all cooked to perfection apart from the sprouts which were hard. Service was a bit hit and miss, but all in all a good experience

Really nice restaurant for families. We come here often to celebrate birthdays or occasions as the staff are so accommodating and friendly. Area for kids to play too, inside and out, so they are kept occupied. Great value for money.

The quality of meat is much better. It’s convenient to introduce the online ordering service.

Had the carvery on a weekday (begins about 16:30). One of the best I have ever had, the food was spectacular. For the price paid it is great value for money with the quality of the food. Staff were great too.

All covid guidelines followed. Book a table on the Green King app and then register your attendance when at the venue using the test and trace option on the app. Can order food and drink on the app too. Good selection of carvery and pub classics. Good selections of drinks as well. Beer garden is great when the sun is shining, just wish that there could be some outdoor heating installed for patrons who are not comfortable sitting indoors.

Went for the carvery after work as it was recommended by a friend. Not bad at all. Very good value. Good range of other food on the menu.

It's such a cosy pub! Was pleasantly surprised how nice it is inside, been there only a few times but I like it that's always been clean.

During the week they are quite nice. Today (Sunday) we came for lunch. The staff are running around like headless chickens, clearly because they are insanely stressed. As a result they are quite rude. We came here with friends and it was embarrassing for us to recommend them this place. Disgusting tables, nasty cutlery (if there were any). Staff throwing tantrums at customers for simple requests (clean table or cutlery). The food was wrong, uncooked or overcooked, we definitely would rather not come back on the weekends, maybe ever... Not sure how you get a medium rare steak come out as well done...
