Awful service. Ordered 12inch via uber. They sent 6 inch. I called them and they said you can come and collect the other 6 inch. What kind of nonsense is that.

Lots of free parking here at westay retail park.NON Halal so only option for me was either Veggie patte or veggie delight which was what I chose .Veggie delight is basically a salad cheese sandwich ? ? with choice of sauce and bread. I got extra cheese as the cheese is very thin and can hardly see it after they toast it !healthy alternative to fried foods, would definitely recommend ?Vegetarian options: either salad sandwich or veggie pattieParking: westway shopping centre free parking a plenty!

AVOID… been diagnosed with a serious and potentially life threatening Bactria in my tummy since eating here!!!!!!I will be reporting this placeI WAS ILL….I guess it serves me right for going to eat at a subway in London!!! And should have left when the lady serving was going to continue making my sub with the same gloves after answering her phone Luke warm meatballs and I was really really poorly after eating here! Safe to say I won’t be back !!!

The service here was really poor. There were 2 people in front already complaining about the service and quality of the food.The lady making my subs didn't change her gloves after touching all the meat and proceeded to make my vegetarian one with the same gloves!! I asked for a vege patty and she didn't heat it. The salad containers were not clean and the general service was just really really poorThe staff looked fed up and like they didn't want to be there.Would not recommend or come here again

Got our order slightly wrong, but no big deal as they quickly made up another sub for us. They even offered us the sub they got wrong for free as they would only throw it out, so can't complain. We saved that one for a friend. Very quick service with friendly staff and the subs tasted great.
