The Staff was professional and attentive This is the 2nd year coming here for xmas day Dinner and I have to say last years dinner was better ,too much but overall a better meal The starters was spot on The Mains was disappointing, The Turkey was nice but to be honest the rest was just average and this would have been the reflection on what was left on the plates from our party No potato’s and had to ask as 4 plates nether had these The Desert Absolutely amazing ,all deserts was worth the wait The overall experience was ok but it’s a shame the Roast Dinner let things down I think because of this I would properly go somewhere else’s next year and pay a little extra , For the price point it’s a passable meal but when you pay double you do get what you pay for

I like burger & big burger at greene kind railway road pub. My favorite burger is Mega Cheese & Bacon Burger - Its big burger with bacon and cheese. I dont have a picture but I attach a picture of BIG MAC. thx greene king railway road pub keep up the good burgers and gr8 staff

ordered a chick n mix, food was outstanding. our server, tegan, was so welcoming and helpful. she was so polite and knowledgeable about the menu. fab member of staff!!

We've been coming here for many years with our dog but unfortunately we were kicked out today and told that the dog and we couldn't dine in the pub, very sad. There were 8 of us and we were shocked. Thank you for this, it was my husband birthday.I am shocked of the service l. The pub is dog friendly. I don't recommend anyone to anyone ?

1st time here as we were looking for a quiet local spot to celebrate birthday and family get togetherI had reserved a table and when we arrived we were given a smaller table.Although not busy it took a long time for drinks to come. One point was when drinks were ordered the lady serving the drinks walked past our table to the other end of the room to serve drinks and then came back. Found it was easier to go to the bar and get drinks ourselves.The food was a major disappointment from starters to dessert:Xmas nachos were burnt and pigs in blanket cold. Boneless wings were overcooked.The beef roast dinner was chewy like rubber and the scampi plates although cooked was a child sized portion. Dessert the custard was lukewarm & lumpy and the parts of the bottom of the pie was uncooked.Such a pity

I recently visited this establishment for our Christmas drinks and had an unfortunate encounter.The evening started off well, with us enjoying our drinks and the festive atmosphere at the Railway Pub in Greenford. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when one of our group ordered a food sharing platter and two platters were mistakenly brought to our table by the waiter. As a result of the alcohol we were consuming, we were unaware of this error.Rather than handling the situation professionally and discreetly, the female manager chose to confront us in front of the entire pub. She not only embarrassed us by demanding that we pay for the extra platter, but also refused to take any accountability for the mistake made by her own team. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor service standards.#notbecomingback
