Awful meal sounded good on menu. Came was just chicken and chips with watery gravey. No veg no salad.wont be going again . Toilets filthy.

Rubbish, dry burger that had the texture of a piece of leather! Had to pay extra for fries! Would have been better off getting a McDonald's!! Will definitely not be returning.

Be aware that this restaurant will add an optional 12.5% service charge to your bill, and they won't tell you verbally that is what they have done. You are within your rights to remove it and tip at your own discretion.Only one other table in the restaurant was occupied when we went, which made for a rather flat and subdued atmosphere. Management might have made more of the nice music they were playing at a barely audible level.The food will suit the unfussy. French onion soup has to be made pretty badly to not be palatable. This one was a bit "beef stock tasty" and the croutons felt a bit tough, like the chef was making the most out of old bread. The steak was nice and the fries reasonably "French", but most of us would get the feeling we could knock up the dish ourselves. Restaurant food needs to exceed that level. A mushroom or blue cheese sauce to accompany it would likely suffice in elevating the dish beyond the amateur.

This place is woefully understaffed (they've said that to me twice). Having been there three times in the last 12 months and it's always the same.Queue to get seated (even though there are empty tables) - then wait ages to get your order taken - then wait ages for drinks to turn up - then wait ages for food - find something not right with food - wait ages for the bill.The food is okay when you get, but always something not quite right. On the last visit there were problems with 2 out of 3 dishes and 1 out of 4 drinks.But, it's conveniently close to the O2 / car park and has a reasonable range of breakfasts. Just don't expect a lot (except to wait) and ask for your bill when you give your order.

Nice food, terrible service.Not busy at the time. Food brought out but mine was not what I had ordered. The waitress agreed it was wrong, no apology she just took it away.No one said sorry or how long it would be for my meal to come out. My wife had finished her meal before mine eventually arrived. Brought over but still no apology, I know mistakes happen but you expect some one to keep you informed and to at least say sorry for the error and the delay.Never got asked if we needed anymore drinks, no one came over to us once. I had to wave someone down for the bill. When it came I asked for service charge to be removed. I thought he would ask why, was it not to your satisfaction or was there a problem. Instead he stormed off with the hump and didn’t come back. I think he may have been the manager ?.In the end after waiting ages, i had to get up from my table and go up to him and ask if he wanted my money! He just pointed at the till and told me they would sort it out.I suppose he just thought I was being tight, but I felt he should have asked if there was anything wrong and that I should have had some recognition for the wrong meal coming and the long delay.I’m happy with service charges being added to bills but you have to give the service, if not you should be prepared for customers to ask for it to be removed. I know plenty of people that would have asked for the meal that came late to be free of charge, perhaps I should have gone down that route and then left a tip.For the man who stormed off, my advice is find out what the problem is before you go off with the hump!

Service very slow, but they seemed under staffed so probably not their fault. Had a very delicious caesar salad and my daughter had two kids courses for £1. You can't go wrong with that, very good value!

Breakfast was so tasty (thank you chef!) but the service absolutely shocking, a woman I believe to be a supervisor/manager rolling her eyes at customers and shouting at the waitresses! No friendly staff! Only go if u can tolerate rude and rubbish service

Tried here with low expectations as there’s not much open for breakfast around the O2. Had an unfriendly greeting, were told with a wave we could sit anywhere, then the waiter expected us to move out of his way when he tried to get past us. After 10 minutes with no service we gave up and left. The waiter simply watched us leave.

It was The Queen concert today and despite perhaps having weeks notice the restaurant seemed under prepared/staffed. The food was good however the service not so. Food was served without cutlery, drinks ordered which never arrived and we waited 40 minutes for sweet and 15 minutes for the bill. The staff seemed to be doing their best so assume at a non concert time it would be a better experience.

Well, the less said the better. Food was average, and there was no atmosphere. The whole place looked very tired, and the recently-started waitress was having a 'mare - she couldn't have been trained well.
