Went for a milkshake and the guy said I had tp pay for a cup someone before me took, I asked what I had to do with that and they said it didn't matter I wasn't going to get my milkshake unless I paid for the cup.

The food here was absolutely superb!! wrapped to perfection steaming hot and a joy to eat. The customer service was splendid with one gentlemen giving us a milkshake for FREE to try out! highly recommend for any cheeseburger lovers out there ! not to add them cleaning and making sure the restaurant was tidy around us, the atmosphere was just so relaxing and the lady behind the till couldn’t have been nicer, best restaurant i’ve been to by far! definitely get what you pay for!

I’ve been visited this restaurant on Saturday night and I’ve got food poisoning. It was busy but there is no excuse for the non existent customer service and the dirtyness. All the food chain was extremely busy so I just put aside and ordered a hot dog. It was quick but warm and since that I’m sick. It is not my first five guys and I’m deeply disappointed with the whole experience
I'm coming fast time in five guys .I'm never trying the food that's was really nice .Burger is so yeammy .I just love it .They are very helpful and incredible customer service .one girls black t-shirt is there she helping me a lot .she is a very friendly person .
