Service was amazing and food was great, staff were extremely polite and quick at getting drinks and food to our table. Overall, a very positive and pleasurable experience.

We were asked if this meal was for a celebration and were pleased when a small cake was bought out at the end of our meal for our friend whose birthday it was. However, we couldn’t believe that £7 was then added to our bill. First time we have ever experienced this in a restaurant. Quite unbelievable. Food we had was very mixed. Lasagne was luke warm. Could have done with a bit longer in the microwave ? On a positive note the chicken burger I had was good as was the service. Just a shame it was spoil by the treatment we received at the end of our meal. Tip - avoid the pizza. It looked like cardboard.

The staff were very welcoming and the service we were provided was excellent. We cane for a birthday meal as a family and all staff were very friendly and polite. The food was average but nothing to complain about

We went out to london for a couple hours and we went inside the O2 at like 19:00 to get food everywhere was really expensive so we went to frankly bennys and when the staff saw us there welcomed us in so we got to are table and it was very big and comfy me and my family ordered pizza and pasta and we got a chocolate brownie and that was the best in the west when we were done we just went to waterloo station and take a train home.

Whenever I am on my way back from London after a day out, I often stop off at Frankie and Benny's for a meal at the 02 arena. As a wheelchair user, I do prefer to eat out in the front concourse due to some difficulty in maneuvering around inside. But I have this issue with other Frankie and Benny restaurants throughout the country. So, this isn't a surprise. The food is tasty, the service is normally great and the prices are pretty much fine. The only negative thing is that I think the menu is a little one dimensional and could offer a wider variety of food. The selection of drinks is good, though. As the arena in the 02 is often home to major sporting and entertainment events, Frankie and Benny's is a good, although I wouldn't say terrific, way to get some grub before seeing a show.

We came to visit Frankie & Bennys as our day out in London, we was pulled in by the 2 for 12 cocktails sign outside, not many places in London where you will get such a great deal. It was a Tuesday evening and fairly busy but I have to say the food was absouletly incredible!! We had the platter meal between me and my husband which is great for sharing and my daughter had a pasta with nduja which she really enjoyed as a fussy eater. The staff were so lovely, it is very rare you see such happy smiley people when they work and in this place thats all you see! Great attitude and incredible service!! Its ashame our local Frankie & bennys closed down but we will definitley return to O2 Arena when we are back in london.

The food was terrible and the service was slow. The food tasted dry and like it has been sitting out for a while and then reheated. Kids meals were ok but the standard of food was really poor. Seemed as though they were short staffed. I've been to other branches which have been lovely but will not be returning here.

We went to Frankie and Benny’s for a delicious authentic Italian lunch as we were getting hungry and wanted to break up a jubilee line journey from Stratford to Green park and remembered this was here and having been once before and liking it I decided to go back. The service was exemplary, our waiter was just fantastic very friendly, chatty and polite. He handed my gluten free allergy really well. Also food came out in about 10 minutes which was great bearing in mind it was all so fresh! The food was absolutely delicious,my gluten free pepperoni pizza was heavenly and you couldn’t get more Italian than a Frankie’s gluten free pepperoni pizza. It was lovely and hot, presented well, good portion sizes, extremely fresh and very good for money!Infact if you visit at lunch time you get 1 course for £9.90.That’s fantastic value and better value than places like Nando’s etc.And with just buying tap water it’s a real bargain which is great as water is one of my favourite drinks, you can never ever ever go wrong with a glass of water. It’s good for you and boots you’re hydration and well-being.Also the decor in here is lovely, all very fresh and beautifully decorated.I love the new Frankie’s decor it’s just so nice and I love it how they have re-visited it.It’s much cooler(temperature wise and fashion wise).I love the lights as well.It is also very spacious and clean. Also toilets were convenient and clean. This is a perfect place for a meal if you are on a train journey, before or after shopping, cinema, bowling or concert.Or after a trampoline session, skydiving session, climbing session or during a day out in London.Would highly recommend this.I reviewed it on tripadvisor as they were displaying the 2022 travellers choice award and they had quite a lot of negative reviews recently and to share my positive experience may help them have that award again this year or in future years

Our server was lovely, starters came out, slightly undercooked but we ate them, mains came, we had to send out daughter's back how had the gluten free pasta. Not cooked and cold. Ordered another diet coke for her, when it hadn't arrive I asked another server to where it was, to be told she wasn't our server and she had to find out server and was very rude in her manner, very aggressive. Spoke to our server who apologied but it was totally out of order and really spoilt our dinner. Manager came over but didn't really help the situation took 20% off the bill which in my mind was not enough! We will never come back to this Frankie and Benny's and would not recommend it either.

Good place to go to for a bite prior to a gig. Relatively quick service, the servers are plesant, cheerful & general all round nice people. Camden Hells served on tap too (always a bonus). The Black & blue burger was lovely & the skin on chips are really nice too.

First impressions good took order quickly and starters arrived promptly. Drinks were served £6.10 fir a pint of Peroni and £3.75 for a bottle of coke. Now the main course basically tasteless ribs strange tasting corn on the cob. The wife had a cheeseburger which turned up with no cheese and when we asked the staff member why he shrugged and said I will get you a piece of cheese and promptly and sarcastically brought over a piece of cheese in a bowl after our table had been cleared. His attempt at sarcasm was embarrassing and thanks to him we will never set foot in a Frank & Bennys again. Food was tasteless dour and basically horrible. Hate to think what it’s like when it’s busy as with us there were 6 people in the place.

I’ve eaten here many times before a show. They manage the queues well, serve quickly and the food is consistent. Lots of space, the toilets are maintained well and even when busy you don’t feel rushed to leave. My only gripe was I couldn’t order via the QR code on the table as it wouldn’t recognise the table number.

NOT GREAT, calamari cold overcooked and very fishy so not fresh, actually sent it back, food all came out at different times even though 4 of us were eating, so the first person had finished before the last even got their food, again not great experience, saving grace was the sharing platter was very good, ribs were very tasty and succulent ( should be for £30 ) , wouldn’t eat here again, not the first time had problems with a Frankie and bennys , bring back the courgette fritte
