We ordered from here couple of times but this time was one of the worst pizza experience we have ever had from Papa Johns.\\nThe pizza was cold and dry and lukewarm, and I even ordered hot sauce, but the garlic dipping sauce was delivered. I asked for a refund, but he just said it was impossible and his voice sounds like this is something that I need to understand for sure. If they don't have something in stock, they should not sell it. I will definitely report this to the head office and the Papa John's branch in Greenwich is the worst in London.\\nAlso, we ordered The Rose and Nduja, Both of them or totally different with the picture they are advertising on their website. I attached the picture and it will just look same each other. The Rose, to be specific, it is totally same taste like The Works.\\nHonestly, so dissappointed with the PapaJohns, which was not worth this price any more...

I had BETTER frozen pizza then those pizza I had and the Garlic sauce !!!! Dam where did there chef got the idea of garlic sauce, is more like butter sauce . NOT WORTH THE MONEY guys trust my JUDGEMENT

Nice Pizzas. I am vegetarian and I love Papa John's vegan work pizza. I used to order from this store and the staff is very friendly. They always deliver before time and today I am very because by mistake I put my order for collection and realized when it got late. The store os little far from my home and I have a small kid so can't go. I called at the store and the person immediately arranged the delivery and I got it in 20 mins. Much Appreciated... 100% recommended..
Make sure you take cash cause most of the time their card reader “doesn’t work” and when you give cash to the pizza guy watch he never washes his hands and hates for you to wait standing looking at what he is doing. Not returning to this branch ever again.

Please STAY AWAY from this store. Absolutely disgusting staff. My young mother politely called to complain and she was responded with threats to leak her address, and heavy swearing. Dishonest and disrespectful couldn’t describe the vile workers. From reading other reviews, this tends to happen a lot. Matter is in police’s hands now. But please, if you are a woman, stay safe and DO NOT order from these dogs.

Absolutely disgusting customer service - Ordered my food and it did not arrive. I phone the shop and the manager started to argue with me and cancelled the order I had been waiting for nearly 2 hours.DO NOT USE!!

Pizza’s are nice as far as chain takeaways go, but the driver I had today was unbelievable. Rang me to tell me he was parked on a road different to the delivery address and askedme to come him…no? Took another 10 minutes for him to arrive, I live on a main road it isnt hard to find.
