Service is so slow when it's not even busy. Tables are messy and not cleaned. Staff were nice.

tasty cakes. everything else is quite poor: slow service, forks were not provided with the cakes and it turned out I can only get cutlery at the till, so had to go back and ask for forks at the till, then wait till the whole queue gets served just to finally get 2 plastic(what a care about the environment!) forks. The toilets are dirty and seem to be never cleaned... disgusting

I do love the caramel coffee frappe, annoying that you get charged extra to not have cows milk! the staff aren't the friendliest to be serving the public, my daughter bought a reusable cup to have her cappuccino in and we headed home with our drinks, my daughter said hers tasted funny and when she took the lid off found the paperwork for the new cup was still inside, we couldn't return to the store so she posted on their Facebook page to tell them, rather than respond to her, they removed it, she reposted, they removed it again, 9 times in total!!!! So I'm posting it here, shame on Starbucks for not just simply responding

Oh dear was in here on Saturday. Seven staff, all behind counter and the place was very dirty. While I drank my coffee, another lady complained about the mess. Staff seemed to smirk at her. She demanded a phone number to contact someone. I’ll be going to costa next time.

Caramel Macchiato and an American with an egg and bacon muffin and a raisin danish was our order today. Waited 10mins for the drinks, the macchiato was cold , the Americano tepid and full of milk. I took the Americano back and waited another 5 mins to be acknowledged while the two staff served another customer getting her order wrong. I asked for a black Americano and I would add the milk myself , got another one full of milk again, 3rd go he managed to get it right. Then I asked could I have my danish , they shrugged and plonked it in front of me with no apology for forgetting it. Too expensive for such slovenly service and poor quality products . This isn't the first time, I made a mental note not to go back there before but unfortunately forgot, it won't be happening again.

Not enough staff to serve customers. Had to wait far too long to be served and and even long wait for the drinks to be made plus they run out of cream for the drinks but don't get anything off the price of it even though you are missing the important part of the drink. Won't go to that branch again.

10.30 am, empty store but still dirty tables. Gut at the till was friendly but the one making the drinks was like a zombie. I had a lovely flat white but the croissants are as if made of plastic: no taste, bad texture. The recipe needs to be improved.
The fruit they sell was already past it on spite of being on its last day of its best before date and tasted acidic. The coffee is reliably good but if they wish to make wider offerings they must take care of this kind of things.

Poor loves. Today, there were 2 of them on staff, one on the til, the other making ALL of the drinks. They were run ragged. Didn't even have 5 seconds to replenish stocks, or clean up. BUT. Both were polite and friendly, with good customer service. Well done, ladies.

Nice and spacious, it's clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and polite. Didn't have coffee, as I had just sparkling water. Next will have a coffee.

Went in last week for a coffee with my daughters and had the most smiley server. think her name was Chloe chatted to my daughters and even drew a special smiley face on hot chocolates for them and wrote both their names which they loved Coffee was delicious cafe was really clean only complaint was it was quite warm and the still water wasn’t refrigerated but the friendly baristas were willing to give me some ice to cool it down new to the area and pleased to have found a great coffee shop so early on. 10/10.

If you are looking for the best cafe in Charlton, where the staff are simply amazing and the atmosphere is vibrant, look no further. Charlton Starbucks is the place to go. The service I received was absolutely fantastic.
