Had a great time strangely I don’t usually have a good time in shops the guy I was served by was really kind and funny. Drinks were delicious. Went back to the till 5 times ??I felt very mhmm embarrassed with myself with how many times I went back to the till within less than an hour ??Thank you J for the experience. Also everyone MUST call me Galo from now on.

I only stopped for a cookie. The branch was really busy and I could see there was no seating. The caramel and date cookie was nice but not like their usual standard. It lacked sweetness. To be honest, I couldn't really taste caramel nor date. Service was pleasant and the girl who served me was friendly.

3 times out of 5 they've forgot to put syrup in cappuccino. Thought that perhaps I was not very clear, but it applies to both in-store & in-app purchases. Didn't want to annoy staff about some syrup, so just decided to vote with my wallet.Updated: Recently ordered a coffee via mobile app and accidentally picked wrong pickup location. Laughed together with staff about this dumb mistake and they've made the same order for free - so it's worth changing of my score.

Newly refurbished store located at the entrance to the O2. The store has a new outside seating area and feels much bigger than before. The new store is nice any airy but unfortunately in the upgrade process, It’s lost some of the intimacy of the old store and feels a bit clinical now.
