Big thank you to Tanya for her absolutely excellent customer service. I took my grandchildren and she interacted with them in a kindly manner as well as being very welcoming and she was constantly polite and helpful. She ensured at all times we were happy and comfortable. She explained to me different options on the menu. Very nice menus for the children and the food was served promptly. My food was full of flavour and again served promptly and with a smile. We shall certainly be going again. It's well worth a try, and there's lots of variety- something for every taste bud!

Disappointing visit. Have been to other branches of Wagamamas and experienced excellent service but sadly the service was really poor at North Greenwich / O2. The restaurant was fairly busy - the person who greeted us wasn’t very friendly and left us standing. Someone else came and said they’d seat us in a minute. It then took an age to catch anyone’s attention to place our order for drinks and food. No one came to check if everything was okay with the meal or whether we wanted to order more drinks - and it was impossible to get anyone’s attention. When it came to paying, you’re expected to scan the code on the table and input your table number - our number wasn’t written down and we hadn’t been told what it was so we had to catch the attention of someone who gave both us and the table next door who had the same issue our numbers so we could complete payment. Expected more from Wagamamas. On a positive note, the food, as always, was tasty. Would eat at wagamamas again - but probably not this location.

My server today was Sam and he was so lovely and accommodating! I was on my own and he made me feel a little less awkward about it lol. Food was amazing and service was fast, no complaints ?

I’d been hearing all the hype about Wagamama, so was wanting to investigate myself. No time better than before seeing Mickey Flanagan at the o2. We quickly ordered a large Asahi (beer) & I had Hawkes East Cider. Myself & my partner picked four starters to share between us: Hoisin Duck Bao Buns Korean BBQ Beef Brisket Bao Buns Ebi Katsu (Panko breaded Prawns) Chicken Yakitori The starters arrived reasonably quickly, followed by our Main Meals, which was nice to dip in between the starters/sides with the Main Course. We both chose Chicken & Prawn Pad Thai, which had lots of flavour & was surprisingly filling. The staff were attentive & friendly. Our bill came to nearly £80.00. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely our meal was & it beat expectations. We will definitely be visiting again.

Service was slow but the food was delicious. I think the staff would benefit from training. It was busy but not unpleasantly busy. Vegan options are very good. It is a restaurant I will definitely return to.

We travelled a long way to see a show at the O2. We were hungry but needed to eat before the show started. It was busy and a lot of people were queuing too. We got a table and ordered three starters and a bottle of wine. One starter came out then my main whjch was like warm and sparse in chicken. Still no other starters. We sent mine back and asked but we're told that nothing comes out together despite our waitress telling us to order them first to avoid it all coming at once! The older waitress was quite abrupt as well. Finally they came but we're also freezing cold which was awful. By this point we were scared we would be late to the show so we just ate it. The pad Thai had three tiny prawns in it too which added to the disappointment. The wine was nice. The overall experience was shoddy and tasted bland as well as cold. It's not cheap either so no, we weren't happy. Come on! How hard is it!? Really! It's wok food! Anyone cooking this food should know how. I cook millions better than this at home.

Below average food. The ramens taste all the same. The place is messy, noisy and freezing as they are likely sure April means summer so the air conditioning was blasting. We, and many other customers, eat dressed like we were skiing. Skip it. It doesn’t worth your money.

Visited Saturday around 8pm. Was shown straight to a table. That’s when it went down hill. We waited over 15minutes to order, then a further 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. I appreciate dishes arrive at different times but my dish turned up first and a good 25mins later my husbands turned up. The Manager in the green skirt was no where to be seen then appeared as the 5hit was hitting the fan but didn’t make much of a difference. We asked one of the servers clearing a table for a pot of sauce to which she replied I’m new then walked off, didn’t bother getting anyone else to help. By far the worst experience in Wagamama's I’ve ever had. Some staff just walking around aimlessly. Absolute shambles.

I met my elder son who's at Ravensbourne, so there anyway. Easy access from North Greenwich Jubilee Line and right by O2. Had the vegan chicken which was nice and tasty, spiced but not too hot at all. Very different for a soup - used both sticks and spoon, which confused me a little! Service good and friendly enough.

Wagamama is my favourite chain restaurant but unfortunately my visit here wasn't as good as normal. I was ignored for quite a while and it took me a long time to order even a drink. Food was great and fresh as always.

My favourite Wagamama!✌️\\n\\nThe restaurant is located at a convenient location, and there is a broad view to the Peninsular Square while you are seated. ?\\n\\nThe interior design is simple but comfortable, the lights are moderate and well laid out across the ceiling and tables. ☺️\\n\\nUpon every visit, I can feel the friendliness and kindness of the staff, which makes the meal and the experience wonderful. ?\\n\\nI will come back again! ?

Food was fine but there is no services. No one even care about u. Have to got the menu by myself. Ordered 2 same ramen, waited for 20mins to get one. My friend was about to finished her Ramen and mine was not even ready yet. Tried to asked one waitress is my ramen ready and she is really rude, the rolling eyes and “it's coming, okay?” was all I got from her. Waited for another 10 mins to finally got my noodles. I saw the food was ready to serve but no one get it to table. So I assumed maybe it have to be cool down before they send it to tables bc I have never tried cold chicken skewers before.

The food is obviously the same in all wagamamas. This is the worst wagamama i have ever been to because of their service. You can do all the make up in the world and look amazing but when you serve customers with attitude you have negative impact on the business. They see us raise hands to be served and look away to ignore so they can do less work. We asked them twice to bring something and they forgot aswell. At the end they had service charge added to the bill. I hope the owner sees this review.

A resigned glance when I walked in the door and asked for a table should have had me trusting instincts and leaving. I didn’t, and was shown to a table by a mumbling waiter which did nothing to lift the welcome. Managed to flag someone down after being sat for nearly 10 minutes without being asked if I wanted so much as a drink. The waitress looked around then shrugged and agreed to take my order. Drink and food ordered together as I didn’t know when I would see someone again. The food arrived and to be fair it was ok. However, in addition to the painful opening I was the sole audience for some staff who had finished shift and were stood next to my table and shouting at the kitchen occasionally asking where their food was and behaving like teenagers. One of the group seemingly preferred Tesco food which he was eating at the table they were trying to occupy. I managed to get the bill and they didn’t ask for or add a tip automatically. I didn’t offer. Maybe no-one tips as the service is non-existent. Will not be returning.
