AVOID!! Been waiting over two and half hours for two pizzas. Phoned up twice and they haven’t got a clue what they’re doing. First told us the driver was on their way, then put us on hold for 5 minutes second time. They don’t seem bothered in the slightest. Ruined our night. AVOID!!!

Do not order. Order never came but was confirmed that it did. Driver never showed up and when I called them, they never picked up, apparently some technical issues, there is no good way to contact them. DO NOT ORDER. Very disappointed.

Just ordered a 2 pizzas for delivery and the pizza were so good! Still hot and was delivered quickly. The actual pizza’s were cheesy and had plenty of toppings. I needed to add something to my pizza so I called the hut and spoke to Ahmed who was so quick at sorting out my query over the phone!Defo order again!!

Our pizzas were wet with grease to the point they were falling apart when trying to pick it up. There was a bubble on the box it was that greasy. They also didn’t give us the extra dips we payed for??

I've been a regular customer of the Pizza Hut, Lee Green, London, and normally have a good experience. I ordered a pizza for collection, as I've done many times. As per the usual, I received a notification my order was being prepared in the oven. When I arrived to collect my order, I was told they had not received it, this was later contradicted when he said they had received the order but had not prepared it. They offered no apology for the error or delay in them having to prepare our order from scratch and us having to wait. When I asked for a complimentary ice cream to make up for their error, the 2 members of staff justified the delay by saying I received a “hot pizza instead of a cold one!”. This is not an acceptable argument, it is not unreasonable to expect a hot pizza ready for collection at the requested collection time. The service from this branch is usually good, if there is a delay they inform you, I hope that next time you will be up to your usual standards.

They are overrated, one star is well above what they deserve.Good that it came wrapped into a pizza box otherwise I wouldn't have guessed what it was.

I don't know who made my Pizza but I will definitely tell one thing the taste was out of this world and I can easily sense all the flavours of the toppings in it, simply superb.Thank you PIZZA HUT, LEE GREEN for this wonderful pizza, I will be ordering from here more frequently.
