I am usually satisfied with the service but today the staff seemed moody. I ordered my meal and when it came to payment they said they don’t take card which is false as I’ve been paying with card multiple times before. When I then paid with cash and confronted the clerk about it.. he said cash only. I will not be coming back after that service

As a black person entering the shop I spoke to a guy who appeared to be the cashier who was chatting with a another guy. I spoke to him by ordering six pieces of spicy wings, he ignored me he continued chatting, acted like I was invisible. I waited for five minutes, guy continued chatting. I then informed the guy about my order again, he looked at me like I was speaking a different language, after pleasing himself he ask me want I wanted in a very rude tone like he didn't want to serve me. I told him forget it and that he appeared to be racist. His comment to me was "finally you leaving."I think this showed poor customer service skills and disrespect, I felt really disgusted.

Make you queue for ages till they say “cash only”. Really rude staff as well. Simply put a sign outside saying “cash only” if not excepting card?Seems quite dodgy as last time was over charged, again with same situation “cash only”

Honestly I don’t get the bad reviews on this place? Super affordable and absolutely delicious! The chicken thighs reminded of the rich taste of a lovely KFC original recipe piece. Upon walking in I didn’t expect to eat as much chicken as I did but once I had begun I couldn’t stop. Absolute heaven from start to finish 5 stars out of 5.

Terrible chicken shop. Took 10 mins to get my 4 wings and chips for £4, which is quite pricey. The wings were pink inside and undercooked, i ended up getting sick after that. The chips did not taste nice and were unseasoned. I do not recommend this place, would give it a 0 if i could. Go somewhere better like KHF, where the food is good and cheap.
