I ordered some chicken kickers from here and once I bit into them they smelled awful, like they had been cooked with chicken that had gone off. I tried another piece in the hope it was just a bad one. I then gave my husband one to try and he confirmed it was bad too. We’ve ordered this several times before and it didn’t taste like it usually does. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and that makes me even more worried about whether the meat was off and could be unhealthy. I called the store and the guy who answered basically said too bad everyone else is fine with the kickers. I said you can’t be selling unhealthy chicken to customers with no offer of a refund. He said he couldn’t give a refund but would send a replacement. The new box was less smelly but was still stale. The guy delivering it asked for my old box which had the remaining kickers in it. I gave it to him. I then get a call from the store harassing me saying I’ve eaten multiple pieces and so the kickers were obviously fine. I said I had to try a couple of pieces as I wasn’t sure if it was just a bad piece or what. All the while there was no sign of an apology for serving disgusting stale chicken. On top of that the guy was really rude. I order dominos pretty regularly and I’m not sure I ever will again. Dominos might still be good but the quality of food from this store is disgusting. Don’t order from here.Edit: they reply saying they’re concerned but they don’t give any details of a contact form or actually do any follow up work. Dominos you’ve lost my business permanently.

I have been using this dominos branch for a long time. My son never used to like pizza. Over a couple of months he started enjoying eating pizza. How ever on the 29 of feb. Again I order pizza for my son and myself two large pizza but they put a whole olive with seed on to pizza which almost break my son teeth as he didn’t expect olive with seed to be on pizza. My son is only 5 and he could have also swallow it by accident. This kind of mistake shouldn’t been happened.

Hello, a month ago I ordered a pizza from the hackney location which was really bad. I opened two tickets to complain but noone responded. Just to compare last Friday i went to the mile end location and got one which was as expected. I came to the conclusion that i should avoid the hackney location from now on. the quality is really terrible. see below the difference between the horrible hackney pizza (right) and the decent mile end location pizza (left). What amazes me even more that noone from customer support got bothered to acknowledge my complaint.UPDATE: I have filled in the form two times and I have two different complaint numbers but you never replied to me.

Had to shout out twice for the guy sat behind the counter to get off his phone. He was just watching TikTok while I stood there like a lemon. He eventually made my order but forgot to put any cheese on one of the slices of garlic bread. Sticking with Pizza Hut from now on
I find that when I go to this pizza shop the staff have an attitude. They have no mannors when you talk to them, they look at as if u are nothing no freindly greetings just looking sad. They handle the till I don't see them wash their hands lucky that the germs are killed out by the hot oven. I wouldn't recommend this domino's....

I ordered from here, after an hour of my pizza being “out for delivery” I called them and they told me the driver couldn’t find my address and had given up (I live on a regular street several mins drive from this domino’s, with regular house numbers, no hidden doorways or unusual buildings, literally just houses numbered as you would expect!). In their defence, they sent another pizza out which arrived in about 25 mins. But by this point I’d waited almost two hours and I was too angry to enjoy my food. 100% don’t bother ordering from this branch.
