doesnt matter how average the reviews are, people are gonna always get food from kfc.\\n\\ntons of deliveries. tons of people eating in, and getting takeaway.\\n\\nservice might not be the best, but the food is good

Has to be the worst kfc I ever ate at. No que but take ages. Do not get the wrap of the day. They never have salad. They gave me a dry wrap with 2 tenders on it. No sauce no salad and say nothing just sell it to me like that is ok. The workers in there are from another planet. I dont know how managment dont care.

Just received my food £30 worth 3 tower box meal via Deliveroo, absolutely awful. Few bits of chips, missing beans, chicken size of a hot wing and a small tower burger. The only thing right was the can of Pepsi max

Usually I don't write review but this time I have to...\\nIt's almost 3 years that I'm vegan, yesterday night I ordered 2 vegan burgers (on Uber eats) and I realised that it wasn't vegan only when I was eating it.... It was chicken!!!!\\nThere is no reason to wrong twice in the same order! Two no plant based burgers in vegan packages!!!!\\nI'm so furious and upset that I had to eat something that I don't want in my diet from ages!!!!\\nThese mistakes must not be happen!\\nIt's really hard to explain how I feel about it!!!!

This is a terrible KFC. Lady tried to overcharge me for a large meal (I didnt ask for large). Then got huffy when I queried it (she repeatedly said it worked out cheaper for me to go large, before giving up and finally putting it through as a normal meal). When I checked the receipt at home she had charged me for extra cheese that I didnt ask for. Opened the box to find there was no lid on the gravy and it was all over the food. Vengeance was hers! Watch out - seemed like they overcharge everyone.

The chicken is so dry.... fried to a dark brown colour, chewy, stringy and sooo oily. Some of my chicken fillets were missing and yesterday I bought a 12 piece bucket, came home and discovered it was made entirely of drumsticks and wings! Will avoid from now on...

Disgusting customer service and misleading. Staff named Farzana was serving me with a rude face and seemed like she didnt even want to serve me. I'm disgusted as she kept trying to add on things onto my order regardless of whether I wanted it or not. WORST KFC IVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE

By far the worse branch of KFC! I ordered a bucket of friend chicken, after what felt like a lifetime, I finally get my food. When I opened it, it was just filled with chicken breast. Every single piece was dry! Seriously! What did I do to you to deserve this? Won't be visiting this branch ever again. Definitely put me off KFC altogether. Thanks for that.
