Terrible organization. Every time I go there, my order comes up on the screen, but it's completely forgotten. When I speak to the manager he only tells me that it will arrive, while I see my order on the side getting cold. Moreover, even though I ordered a latte, I was served black coffee.

Do not order from this McDonalds, i ordered mcdelivery, of my McDonald’s app, the delivery driver never delivered the food and my McDonald’s app will not give a refund.

Used the disabled toilet at 8.20am, no toilet paper, only serviettes. Went back about 9.35am & used the general toilets as I couldn't get my radar key to work, no toilet paper or soap in 2 toilets! The other toilets were occupied. Luckily I had tissues in my bag & passed them on to a builder who was desperate to go. Shocking that a food restaurant doesn't have these readily available.

We bought Happy Meal for Kids and they FORGIT to PUT THE MEAT AND CHICKEN IN the Burgers :( take-home order.We tried to call and get in touch, but they never answered the phone.Very sad, our children were left without theirburgers.

First of all, why all your staff are working without gloves and none of the long-bearded people wear beard masks,Other than that I’ve just ordered my food at here 03.03.2024 at 23:35 o’clock while I was waiting the guy with long beard was preparing my food the guy sneeze on top off my food and then hi just walk off to the back side when hi came back straight away hi gave my order and then I’ve just put in bin front off him hi didn’t even apologise the horrible McDonald’s I’ve ever been to never again food hygiene’s must be 0 rating as I said at least wear a gloves and beard masks..

the establishment was completely empty, i was the only one to order, an apple pie and medium fry- a simple order. i stood waiting for 5 minutes whiles roughly ten workers stood in the kitchen having a social gathering, it's quite a joke i literally couldn't believe whar i was seeing. to further worsen my experience the workers were making eye contact with me knowing my order hadn't been fulfilled but still carrying on with their conversations. the only helpful employee was the person who took my order, and actually had to get my food even though there were thousands of workers in the kitchen having a laugh.
