Want here with work mates during our lunch break. Have been here a few times while on lunch and always had a very quick service. Was not even busy during the time we went and we all ordered basically at the same time. One person got there food first and the other about 5 mins later. I waited for 10 or 15 mins before getting someone's attention who told me that the food was coming but they had to send it back. I had to say that I wanted a refund as had waited for so long ans everyone had now finished their food and we needed to head back to work. Very bad service and won't be coming back here for the time being as service was poor.

This is my goto Nandos. The staff are friendly and helpful. A few times the staff would come round to our table to see if everything is OK and asked if we need anything else. The food was perfect, as usual. Since it was a Saturday, the atmosphere was great and very busy. I had the 1/4 Chicken, Mash and Corn on the cob and bottomless drink.Wheelchair accessibility: Street to eat, no restrictions on wheelchair access, buy be warned the toilets are located downstairs. I'm not sure if there are any toilets located on the same level. Ring and ask them about disabled toilet access.

We just had dinner here and we were served by Haley. She was so polite, kind, attentive and proactive in checking-in with diners. Haley is epitome of service and asset to Nando's, unfortunately you don't see such level of professionalism in other branches. Thank you Haley for making our visit a pleasant one.

The worst nandos I've been too in 20 years of eating nandos!The staff were rude waited an hour for our food and the floor was quiet.
I always order the same portion at Nandos, because my “autistic” son and I really like this portion.We know the flavor and color of the lemon and herb sauce.We had a horrible experience at this establishment in Dalston today.We ordered a portion and it was wonderful, everything was fine. We ordered another one with the same lemon and herb sauce. They gave us one with medium sauce.I politely said it was wrong and asked for a change because my son couldn't eat it and it wasn't the medium I ordered.They took it and said they would make another one. After 20 minutes they brought the medium sauce again, so spicy that even I had difficulty eating it, my son tasted it and started crying, drinking a lot of water and wiping his mouth.I complained once again and the employee simply told me that that type of food is not for children!My son loves the lemon and herb sauce, I decide what my son should or shouldn't eat and she should only fulfill my order correctly.I know how to differentiate one sauce from another very well.Unhappy!!!!

Shoutout to Hayley, she was amazing. She always made herself available, when she could not attend to us straight away she would always let us know and tell us she will be back. Her customer service was amazing.

I must say, I'm not the type to leave a review however the service at this Nandos was amazing. Special mention to Billy who was extremely pleasent and accommodating.Will definitely be returning as it's one of the better Nandos I've been to in a while!
