Nobody likes to be followed around a store. There only so many times you can restock the same area walk away and return to it. I felt uncomfortable but had to make a purchase because of the way I was being followed around.

Ordered Too Good To Go from here and the vegetables were beyond the use by date. Some were almost rotting away. Never again will I shop here.

I don't know how they stay open in a cost of living crisis even with aiming their goods at middle class people. Really expensive even for shop aimed at middle class people even more so than co-op down the road.

It’s a nice little shop but food is expensive. Bread is really nice though.Customer service will be area of improvement.

Love this place - super clean with a really great range of fresh and delicious foods. Some items are on the pricey side, but everything is beautifully presented and the staff are friendly too. Especially love the bakery and vegetable section, so good!

Very nice the apple pastry.

Always overcharge on produce. If the shop assistant doesn’t know what something is (basic produce such as ginger) they will enter another random product into the till instead. Please train your staff, as it’s negatively affecting your business as shown by the other reviews.

Friendly and helpful staff quality niche products inside.. Pick up these great products in store. My Sauce !! Very unique high quality . Gluten free and plant based more of a natural product - taste fresh as well. worth the price!!

Interesting to note that so many others have come to review this shop for the same reason as me - YET AGAIN, I HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY OVERCHARGED HERE. Not only that, but when I returned with my goods and my receipt, there was no apology and instead much swearing and blaspheming, as though I was the one to blame. Always ask for a receipt (then never give one unless you ask for it - not very hard to work out why!!) and always check it - preferably before you leave the shop, not like me today, checking it only when I got home, but I was so incandescent with rage that they'd done it AGAIN, that I walked back through the rain to claim my refund.I totally agree with one of the other reviewers, that they pretend not to know the correct prices when you question the charge - it's happened to me here many times. The only reason I keep going back there is that their bread is very good, but after today's utter lack of customer service and shocking rudeness, I will NEVER shop here again - and urge you to do likewise. There are plenty of other shops just like this one, and plenty of other bakers too - shops that wouldn't dream of overcharging as a matter of course/whenever they think they can get away with it, and who understand what good customer service is.

These guys love to promote themselves as a local store. They certainly don’t do local store prices or attitude. You have to be very careful with sell by dates! I just noticed they were selling Campari for £12 more than the co-op a few doors up. I know co-op is a big brand but it’s also a franchise so not a big business either
