Recently used the Air for checking my tyres then proceeded to put in £40 of fuel then joined the queue for the car wash. One wash was out of action so everything was slower. I was car 6 in the queue. About one week later I received a fixed penalty parking notice for £100. I appealed this charge and was given a warning that this was a courtesy that I would not be charged for staying longer than 30 minutes . Next time I would be charged. Needless to say there will not be a next time for this BP service station

If I could give lesser rating I would have. Such rude staff. Absolutely unhelpful. If not absolutely necessary try to avoid this place.

Bought a Vuse Go vape from them, it's one of my favorite brands that I regularly buy and always tend to try different flavours, usually their quality is good, but this one that I bought specifically from this store was bad, either something wrong with the vape or the liquid it was very bitter. I went back to the store right away to ask them to exchange it, till personal couldn't do it so the shift manager I assume been asked to come where I told him that this vape is unusable and it's bad, he asked me if it's working I said yes, but you can't smoke it because it's butter where it shouldn't be like that, then he said no I can't, wher I know how yhes things work and he could, cuz he said that if it's broken then I could exchange it, how it's not the same? The item it's unusable. Freaking bad customer service no surprise that this stor has 2.2 rating. Keep it up. Managers name Kemaraj. And all could have been a very nice and friendly experience if he would have chosen a different approach not only I would have gotten a good product but would have left happy as well.

I want to buy a coffee from your shop, but finally I gave up, because no toilet as well. Coffee need to go in, but need to goes out. To toilet. How could you selling coffees, without a toilet??

One of the last petrol ⛽ stns before joining the M4. Convenient stop. Shame their toilets ? were out of use when only one was blocked ?

Shift manager complete idiot 20 08 2023, stupid and not professional, can't work with customers
Car wash broke down while it was half way, I have chosen premium which was £10, the useless manager ‘Keem’ or what ever his name was gave a another code for self wash which was £6 - not what I wanted and I didn’t even get a refund of £4, money is no the issues it’s the fact the machine stopped when it’s not my fault and I had to use the self wash and lose £4. Strongly advise not to use this spot! vacuums don’t even work!

Member of staff did not allow to use an offer for Uber driver because he said I have to have an electric car which is not honest answer. The lady asked him as he has the knowledge. Purely did not want me to get the offer. I am regular customer and I hate to go back to this station.

I only use the gas station and store. Store has a lot of refreshments and snacks but they are a bit overpriced. Never used car wash or bathrooms. Shell gas stations are much better than bp. Go to shell next time!

30mins max stay for BP clients and parking fine afterwards - you'll need far more than that if you fuel up and queue in for the car wash, MET won't care about it! Avoid!

Not only I wasted time waiting in a long queue of cars for the automatic car wash, since only one was working that day, but on top of this I get fined 100 pounds! I am appealing against this, but what an inconvenience ! Please maintain your car washes so that there is less time to wait plus getting fined!!
