The coffee is usually good at Nero and the food is pretty good quality for the price.You may want to be careful to make sure that the barista serves your coffee in a real cup when you plan to drink in. Better to let them know that your order is not a take away or else you could be given your coffee in a paper cup. The seating is comfortable and there are a good selection of chairs and sofas to choose from. This cafe is well situated on the Fulham Pace Rd for people visiting the nearby Charing Cross hospital.

Even when I have to recognize that a few months ago this place was clean and the staff were cleaning and keeping the place tidy, now in my last visit the place was filth, nobody had cleaned, there were dirty cups all over the tables, and the staff as everything was perfect. So in one hour I spent sitting there I didn't see any staff picking up the cups or cleaning the tables. The food looks old and dried. I noticed there were no many people and the coffee was terrible. Never as it was before.

Worst cafe Nero I’ve been. Please change the barista. I’ve asked for a flat white, she never asked if I’ll drink there or to go. She made it in a paper cup, I told her I’m taking in and she took the coffee and passed it to a cup. Disgusting

Well I got the fiery pasta by accident not realising it was spicy was going to ask if I could change it for something else. The employees at the till informed me it wasn’t spicy at all. I said I had no tolerance to spice and allowed me to go and I can’t eat it. My own fault but would’ve been nice if they’d be honest :)

Has a relaxing and nice ambiance more so than other Caffè Nero’s in the area. The guy who served me was so friendly and smiley which is refreshing to see. The drinks are always good and priced well, and the food range is good for vegans too. Also the loyalty stamp card keeps me going back !
