I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and porridge, the croissant despite being “heated up” came stone cold in the middle. The porridge was served to me still as milk, after asking for this to be heated up again, I was given a dirty look. It still remained liquify after the second round and I explained I didn’t have time to wait and would like to just leave it. No refund was offered.

Went few of times as I thought maybe first attempt was just unlucky before leaving my review. No, it wasn’t. Staff is sleepy, standing in their phones most of time. Biggest problem - I couldn’t understand them, immigrants with extremely strong accent. Asking me several times the same question which muffin what coffee etc…
Tables are always dirty, staff standing chatting in their own language and simply doing nothing, coffee machine is very dirty.
Very unprofessional. Disrespectful.

Staff on the phone while doing coffee. Personal phone (pink iPhone), personal conversation, not work related.
She didn't listen to my order properly and obviously wasn't happy when I told her.
It's just ridiculous.
Won't go back!

Lovely shop! I was able to order a delicious tea with soya milk. And the seating area in this Caffé Nero is very comfy, esp with a book! Also a shoutout to the manager. There were some issues with the TooGoodToGo, however he informed me to come again, and it was brilliant. Pleased to share the pastries, shortbread and cheesecake :) would recommend!

Very unhelpful staff. Everytime i go there i have to wait, the voucher code didn't work and the so called "barista" didn't help me nor offered me a discount. They just thought I was trying to cheat. Feeling so frustrated before going to work. Shut that place. You call Nero caffe italian? Is an insult for us.

Vert relaxed location. The AC was on which helped to sit inside for longer. It was a particularly warm day

Lovely place in hammersmith, I go here for lunch and meet clients from my job here. Nice hot melted sandwiches. Good coffee and great to relax in and just have a chat

The environment is generally pleasant, with comfortable temperatures and occasional periods of tranquillity. However, there can be instances of moderate noise levels.

The coffee is usually good at Nero and the food is pretty good quality for the price. You may want to be careful to make sure that the barista serves your coffee in a real cup when you plan to drink in. Better to let them know that your order is not a take away or else you could be given your coffee in a paper cup. The seating is comfortable and there are a good selection of chairs and sofas to choose from. This cafe is well situated on the Fulham Pace Rd for people visiting the nearby Charing Cross hospital.

Even when I have to recognize that a few months ago this place was clean and the staff were cleaning and keeping the place tidy, now in my last visit the place was filth, nobody had cleaned, there were dirty cups all over the tables, and the staff as everything was perfect. So in one hour I spent sitting there I didn't see any staff picking up the cups or cleaning the tables. The food looks old and dried. I noticed there were no many people and the coffee was terrible. Never as it was before.
