I have been unwell so am writing this 2 yrs or soafter it happened. I boughtba drink and cake. Later I was leaving but so needed the ladies toilet. The manager REFUSED to let me use it saying I had not bought a drink.I had mot been gi en a receipt by staff so had no proof but he could easily have asked staff. Shouted, swore, meanwhile grovelled to a glamorous looking blonde female customer standing next to me. Truly appalling behaviour. He looked around 60 yrs old. fat, shirt, ugly ( not that I usually judge physical appearance but on this occasion why not?) I tried to reason with him because I was desperate but he was bullying ( and flirting with woman) Many people saw this behaviour and one woman looked as if she sympathised with me. I left & the lunatic manager told me not to com e back. No sane person would return there.

Cup of hot chocolate barely half full, half a cup of whipped cream. Rip off. On top of that a child spilt her drink over the table and myself (it happens), not one employee rushed to help. It was other people sitting there and bringing towels to help us clean it. And the lady that works there is extremely rude, after not getting the receipt I asked for she showed horrible attitude.

The store opens at 08:30 and I was there dead on 08:30… I was THAT guy. However, the barista was super friendly and made a great coffee.
The staff wasn't very polite, we asked for a simple americano and the way we were served was terrible. The toilet was dirty. I don't recommend it for morning coffee...

I ordered Frappuccino, which was very watery. It seems like the probably used only two cubes of ice or something but that’s not the worst part, but the time I’ve got to the whipped cream, I realized that it was gone bad like very sour and bitter definitely past the use by date!

Didn’t clean coffee out before refilling, didn’t compress coffee enough and then milk too hot even though the thermometer was in the jug. Result: bad coffee.
