The only meal I had yesterday was a burger and chips from here and I spent the whole night sick in the toilet ! I am still intoxicated and unable to eat today .The damp smell all over the place is disgusting and how people can come here and breathe that air is unbelievable.

Horrible food, just got a beef wrap from a rude man who charged me £7 for a beef wrap even though it's £6.99, just rounded it up to £7. Then waited 15 minutes for a wrap full of slop and grease.

Polite and calm guys behind the counter. My first time and the guy explained very effectively what Chicago is about so I went ahead and ordered.Love the sauce, buffalo wings are nice especially on the bed of iceberg lettuce and a little onion and really enjoyed the juicy beef wrap.I didn’t have fries as the image on the menu doesn’t look great but wish I did as it looked different on people’s plates.

Always love this spot. Burgers are juicy and flavoursome. The Chicago cheese steak is great, but be warned that it may fall out of the buns. I normally go for the Chicago Classic. Chips are pretty good, as well. Service is good, but it will take some time for your order to be ready. Sauces are readily available on the tables. Seating's a bit cramped, but it's a nice spot to huddle with mates. A sink is available to wash your hands in after eating. Halal, also.

I called yesterday to order over the phone for collection. I ordered one chicken burger, and then wanted to order a beef burger, but was unsure about the different types of beef burgers they had, so I asked the member of staff over the phone, what are the different type of beef burgers they had. The member of staff said to me that they have too many customers waiting and told me to go check the menu. The member of staff was completely disrespectful, and I told them them that I'm giving them business and they're behaving rudely towards me. The member of staff then went on a rant and I hung up. This member of staff has no customer service skills and should not be taking orders over the phone.
