Slow service. You can't call this fast food!Had to wait 15 mins for chicken. Might as well have gone to Nandos up the road.Hammersmith has a new KFC branch opening up across the road from this one. I was hopeful that this new branch might be better until I heard that all staff are going over there so I won't hold my breath.

I've had a hankering for KFC in Hammersmith twice in the last 6 months. Both times, the "restaurant" is obviously understaffed: one till open, tables dirty and trays uncleared. Today, I ordered a three piece chicken meal. Only when I sat down to eat did I find three drumsticks. When I complained the server said that other pieces were going to take 40 minutes and I was offered nothing else in compensation. Terrible service. Will not be returning.

I went to bought bucket for 1, was told wait 5 minutes ok with for order, was give drink was half full I mad comment they said it a large cup but order is regular. standing waiting saw one of the lady workers put their hands inside bin the started touching food box and lids for buckets, then she went get my meal, I said need wash her hands, but she didn't she went behind heater warms talking about me in different language plus not even a manger came see what my problem was. No one else came get my meal so after in total waiting time 15 minutes odd, I asked for refund and left drink was given. think this KFC should be looked into by food safety and people keep eye on staff cleanliness.

First of all, I thought this place was closed, I even asked if they open, I dont know why this wasn’t a redflag for me. It was too late when we realized how disgusting this place is, I already ordered. On top of that my girlfriend told me look, they have like 8-10kilograms of already fried chickens and thats what they was heating up again. I hope I dont get sick tomorrow because thats our first time in London ??I just dont believe how KFC can let this place to run.
