Terrible. Absolute chaos, can’t get served in the morning. You can end up having 10 customers who showed up after you being served before you because baristas are too scattered and counter staff are clueless

The staff here are amazing - always smiling, polite and very efficient. Even if there is a big queue, service is so quick that I hardly ever have to wait for long to be served.

Kind of amazing how they've managed to squeeze this shop into such a small space. It's normally quiet in here, which makes it my choice over queuing for the Starbucks opposite which is always packed.
