I ordered a pizza at 21.08 and it arrived at 21.30 to my house! I cannot believe how quick and smooth was the whole process, and the delivery man was very kind: he brought me the pizza straight to my door as I have a broken foot and I cannot go downstairs. THANK YOU, guys! The pizza is warm and absolutely delicious ♥️

The ‘Manager’ that I spoke to night was extremely rude and should have take a course in customer service. I called to enquire about my order and before I could ask my question he hung up the phone on me. I called back two times after that and he did the same thing claiming he was ‘busy’. I just wanted to check if my food would be kept warm as I had already been waiting 30mins. Wish I could give this zero stars.

I had placed an order online for collection. I was warmly welcomed by Mihir and was given hot fresh Spicy Veg Melt. It was freshly and perfectly cooked.

Ordered two pizzas, one of them came with a piece of hair inside. Extra protein. Called the store, they said they couldn't give us a refund because the manager wasn't there, but they could send us another pizza. We refused and insisted on having our money back, to which the employee replied "okay I'll tell my manager tomorrow and it'll take max 10 days for your money". Also he gave us a sketchy email to make the complaint, which we sent a message to but never got a reply. Fast forward one week later, there's no refund, we called again at the store , the same guy picked up and said he was the manager. We asked for our money back again, he said he would do it (after trying to convince us that he did before and it takes time). Horrible food, horrible customer service.

Ordered a pizza couple days ago and I found a piece of hair in the pizza. I was so disgusted, called the branch the guy awnsered the phone, not really concerned about what happened, telling me he will resolve the matter and he'll pass this to the manager when I asked for at least a refund(he wanted to just send me another pizza). One week later, obviously nothing happened, I called again to find the same guy, now telling me he is the manager before he realises it's me on the phone again. If you respect yourself never order from this branch, health hazards and no one cares.

Highly satisfied with the pizza taste amazing and came so fast had a friendly and polite delivery guy named Fenil so kind and sweet
So utterly disappointed in the pizza I ordered on last week.\\nIt was burned and tasteless. It was like eating old chewing gum you found on the ground.\\nThe crust- let's say that it could definitely warrant for an emergency trip to the dentist if you tried to take a bite from it. You would definitely be at risk breaking a tooth. The tomato sauce was completely bland. And I asked for mushrooms on top. Well it wasn't even a whole buttercup mushroom.\\nI had not even half slice, the rest I had to throw. Complete waste of money ?

Just placed an order on Deliveroo and received a completely different order.Called Pizza Hut and was given a ridiculous and completely useless excuse that “sometimes they pick up the wrong orders” the lady I spoke with took no accountability whatsoever and told me to take it up with Deliveroo.HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Loved the pizzas. Got the meat feast and one of the meat free ones. Both were amazing. People working there are nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Chanchu ( I hope I got your name right) for giving me a favor and getting me a bag big enough for my large pizzas.
