Friendliest pret i’ve ever been

Great staff, superb service and warm hospitality, had my dinner every night in my 4 nights stay @

A shop where you can pick up hot and cold food and drinks with great snack choices too whether you’re feeling peckish, indulgent or in the mood for something healthy. Clean and tidy store and easy access when at Hammersmith Broadway. Plenty of spaces whether you choose to take away or dine in. I picked up items for lunch though it was before 11 and that’s what I like about Pret- lunch options available in the morning so you can enjoy anytime and anywhere.

AVOID!!!! AVOID THIS PRET IN HAMMERSMITH !!!! I asked for an Iced Matcha Latte, the lady took my order and I even repeated myself to make sure. She handed me a hot matcha latte and when I told her I said iced, she literally added two cups of ice inside of it and handed it to me in a warm cup (it was still hot). I then explained to her that it’s still hot and I asked for it iced, she just looked at me and then spilled the matcha latte out to remake, i had already been waiting for so long, and was now getting late. The workers seriously don’t know what they’re doing, I was still nice about it but I repeated my order to her multiple times and you still got it wrong?? Like what? And I left pret with no iced matcha latte :(. Please avoid because this really ruined my day

Served by the lovely Hamdi, a ray of sunshine, who was working on her own. As a customer service manager myself, I was impressed, how she handled everything with ease and grace. She gave everyone, including me a warm interaction. Observing her kind attitude and patient approach, is why customers would be happy to return. A superstar role model for pret a manger staff.

Last time I ordered Chai latte, they did not have cinnamon, now I’ve ordered hot chocolate-they did not have cream. The supplying is horrible in this one

Well Over Priced. Could have got the same for half the price at Greggs. £9 for a small wrap and a coffee. The wrap was packaged in a way that made you think it was bigger than it was. Quality ok but just think too expensive and sandwiches were too small and not man size.

? A very nice concept. a mix of bakery and coffee shop. Self-service of sandwiches and rolls. Nice and quick employees at the checkouts. Unfortunately, our coffee togo cups were overflowing with tea and coffee, which unfortunately resulted in us spilling them on our pants. we couldn't see that the cups were filled to the brim. I'm sure it's meant kindly, but it's better not to do so in the future, please :)

The service was disgrace I did not enjoy my cold coffee absolutely disgusting the barrister Jessica does not know to how make simple coffee will not come back !!!

Awful service, even worse ‘coffee’Ordered three coffees from here - The barista let half the espresso go down the drain and then poured it into the cup with the hot water (americano). I asked why so much of the espresso had not made its way into the drinks and she pretty rudely just said “because we only have one working machine today”. I wasn’t really sure what that had to do with the making of these drinks but she obviously didn’t really care. The coffee tasted like dishwasher water. Each one must have had about half an espresso shot in it. A complete waste of time and money. Honestly, this stuff isn’t cheap and so it’s reasonable to expect something much better service-wise and product-wise. Poor coffee and extremely poor attitude of the staff. The store was also pretty disgusting. Sticky tables, trash all over the floor and tables. Is this the best Pret can do? Pathetic really.

Had horrible experience by supervisor Jessica. My coffee was cold , I asked for a new one and she refused to make it. She told me to take the cold coffee or leave. Horrible service!!!!!

Not clean tables always dirty.but when I asked if they can clean the table they done it .friendly staffWheelchair accessibility: There’s space but for sure nobody with give it for a wheelchair. Would like to keep a space if a disabled person is there.Thanks
