When requested for a glass of water on a super sunny day, the manager at the cashier frowned so badly and muttered few things to her colleague in an European language? Is asking for a water a crime? Or you guys don't have any humanity left? Felt very bad and will never return and tell all my friends as well. Thanks

6£ for a small box of protein stuff??? 1.5 egg, few pieces of chiken, slice if avocado and some greens. It's a ripoff:(( Good thing is that service is always good in Prets and they happily exchanged this meal for a cheaper option even after I've already paid:)

Not a bad Pret A Manger as Pret A Mangers go but nothing special either, some nice/interesting seating on the inside with fast and efficient service. Had all the usual options such as sandwiches, wraps, good coffees, etc... All in all not a bad show...
